Riverbend House is ideally situated in a great neighbourhood in the heart of the river valley system within close proximity to West Edmonton Mall and the airport. It is close to parks and trails at the same time as being convenient to grocery stores, shopping centres, churches, schools, bus routes and restaurants. Edmonton’s river valley has hundreds of kilometres of connecting bike trails, shared paths, and multi-use trails, and you will be in the heart of it. You will also be just 10-minutes to the University of Alberta and very convenient to major freeways to access just about any attraction in Edmonton in 15-20 minutes.
This home is owner-occupied and lovingly maintained. The accommodation is a private, comfortable and family-friendly basement suite with high-quality furnishings and attention to detail throughout. There is a separate, private entry and high-end washer and dryers shared with just one owner-occupant.
Whether you are travelling for work or leisure, you will love all of the space! There are two bedrooms (both have queen-sized beds), each with a large adjoining ensuite bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully-appointed kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher (all stainless steel), dining area, and island. The finishings from floor to ceiling are new with an emphasis on quality. Our price includes weekly maid service and linen change for stays 14 days or longer.
Each of the bedrooms has hotel-quality beds and linens, a dresser, mirror. The first bathroom is very large with tub and shower room, and the second bathroom has a very large shower stall. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. With huge bedrooms and two bathrooms, tonnes of storage and closet space, it's perfect for families or working travellers. Everyone has a quiet space to go to!
In the kitchen you'll find everything you need to prepare meals and a full-size fridge to keep leftovers and groceries. Everything you need to serve a dinner for four in the adjacent dining room is provided, and there is seating for two at the island. Everything you're used to having at home in your kitchen is here, full size. We even offer a Tassimo machine with complimentary coffee!
In the living room, you'll find a big-screen TV with cable and Netflix to watch your favourite shows and movies. There is even a PVR so you can record your favourite shows just like home! The soft leather couch is roomy and oh so comfortable!
