The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, serving dishes, wine glasses and cooking appliances, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. We also stock paper and plastic ware to take to the beach for lunches and snacks. With new paint and carpeting throughout you will feel like you are in a brand new home.

Our two private spacious Master Suites downstairs have wonderful views with full baths; one with a King bed and the other with two twin beds. Our third bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and shower. All bedrooms are stocked with plenty of sheets and bath towels. We regularly refresh all the linens, pillows and towels so you can expect the highest quality for your enjoyment. All bedrooms enjoy the breezes from the ocean but have ceiling fans should you need extra air.

Our upgraded broadband internet will allow you to access WIFI throughout the house and pool area, as well as unlimited USA and Canada phone service are included.. A 60” Flatscreen TV upstairs and cable include extended viewing for Netflix’s, HBO, Showtime and much more. A stackable washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board as well as other cleaning supplies are available should you need them. Belongings can remain in your car as you will have access to a single car attached garage. Additional parking is right outside your front door.

So whether you go horseback riding, ziplining, catch a bit of sun at one of many gorgeous north shore beaches, tour Limahuli, a National Tropical Botanical Garden, go surfing or wind-surfing, swimming or snorkeling, sport fishing, take a boat tour of Na Pali, kayak or paddleboard the Hanalei River, or just relax on the lanai with a book, you will find this the perfect place to stay on Kauai.

About LInda Rose

We absolutely love Kauai. After traveling to many locations around the world, we have chosen Princeville as our go-to-destination vacation. We love the mountains, the uncrowded beaches and especially the people of Hawaii. The second we arrive at the airport in Lihue, we feel ourselves relax. We hope to impart that same fondness of the island to our visitors.

LInda Rose purchased this townhome in 2015

Why LInda Rose chose Kaiulani

Our townhouse is great for those people who want a quiet private retreat after spending a busy day at the beach or hiking the local mountains. Only the residents and their guests that live here are allowed entry to our development, so you don't get that "hotel" or mass "condo complex" feeling. Eventhough it is a townhouse, you feel completely separate from your neighbors. I spend most mornings out on the Lanai with a cup of coffee enjoying the chirping of the birds in the nearby trees watching the sunrise. It is truly spectacular. Sunsets with a glass of wine or cocktail are equally spectacular as there is usually a waterfall coming off the distant mountain that you can see. We catch rainbows very often from our lanai as well.

What makes this townhome unique

While we feel away from all the island travelers, we still can enjoy all the amenities close to our townhouse. WE are walking distance or a quick hop on the bikes to the Princeville Center where you can grab an afternoon ice cream or pick up some fresh Poke in a bowl at the Foodland for a quick lunch or dinner. The St Regis and Westin are both just down the street if you want to do an upscale dinner or Sunday brunch. We regularly walk the path along the golf-course in the morning or early evening for exercise. The views are truly amazing. But I think our best hidden secret, is the little path to Anini beach where you can take your morning coffee and enjoy the quiet laps of the water along the beach while you contemplate the days activities.

Gorgeous setting, spacious and clean!

  • 4 of 5

We have stayed in this villa 3 years in a row, and each time it feels like coming home! Linda is great to work with. Always accommodating and returns messages promptly. We love this villa because it backs to a beautiful ravine, filled with tropical flowers, birds, chickens and and occasional wild boar! The villa is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, post office, hardware store, ect. Everything is 2 minutes away! It is also in walking distance to Wylie beach, via a very steep path- great exercise to burn the extra calories you may be eating and drinking on vacation ! The condo is spacious and clean with a nice desk area to catch up on work ( though it is not closed off, so if you need privacy for phone calls this may not work for you.) The bikes and snorkel equipment are a nice touch, as are beach towels so you don't need to pack yours from home and take up valuable suitcase space for all the stuff you will most likely buy on vacation! :) I gave it one less star for the kitchen , it's not really a cooks kitchen, lacking some basics, not enough pots, and they are Teflon which is very scratched (a health concern) . The other thing is the master bed, which is extremely hard. This of course is personal preference,( my husband had no issue with it), but I have tried adding a memory foam topper and it was still to hard for me, relegating me to the floor on an air mattress I purchased at Walmart. Overall, the place is great and you sure can't beat the location! It also survived ( as did we) the biggest storm in the history of Kauai in April 2018! 33 inches of rain fell in 24 hours leaving the entire North shore past Hanalei inaccessible due to flooding and landslides . We are happy to report Villa 13 was high and dry, no leaks, and we were VERY grateful to have a beautiful and cozy roof over our heads during this intense storm!

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your review. Yes, new pots are on there way. That's just part of keeping our home in tip top shape. I know you guys have always had an issue with beds, so having either a too soft or too hard bed is tough, but I will certainly take this under advisement and see if we cannot do something. Thank you again for staying with us so many times, we really appreciate it. Linda

Beautiful Kauai

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in this beautiful, clean, quiet condo! The view from the lanai is stunning, a great place to enjoy morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The space is very comfortable, and clean, and the bed is comfy too. It's close to shops, beaches, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it.

Paradise in Princeville

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful experience being able to spend quality family time together having a beautiful condo to call our home for 5 weeks.

Right from the start of our booking, Linda responded quickly to our emails and phone calls making the rental process smooth as silk. Linda provided us with an informative welcome package that had every little detail covered. We arrived in Kauai at 10 pm and arrived at the condo at midnight. The lock box on the railing outside of the entrance to the condo made it incredibly easy and convenient to get in. The condo was in prestine condition and much larger than the photos portray which was a welcome site. In the morning daylight the view from the balcony was stunning. Nothing but lush greenery and beautiful mountains.

The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms very convenient having three in the condo. The open concept main living area was perfect and the cathedral ceilings just adds to the beauty.

The weather during our entire stay was consistently 85-90 degrees with full sun nearly 3/4 of the entire trip. No humidity whatsoever. Just perfect.

If you are staying on the north side of the island, Princeville is the place to be. Very short drives to Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach. During the winter months the waves get very large on the north shore once and a while, but a short 30 min drive down the east coast and beaches are perfect. We only had to do this a couple times. We enjoy surfing, so the north shore was great. In the summer, the north shore is very calm.

The condo provided all the beach gear you could ask for and we utilized it daily. The cruiser bicycles were comfortable and were a nice item to have come with the unit. No to mention the garage access to put our beach gear to drive after rinsing it off with the hose outside the garage door.

We have nothing but great things to say about this condo situated in the heart of paradise. We highly recommend this condo to everyone!

Mahalo for a memorable Ohana stay.

We rented this place from 12/04/2015 - 01/04/2016. It is in a gated small community with very well maintained grounds. We loved our vacation even more by choosing this villa! We walked mornings and evenings on the golf courses, beaches, and the town center in Princeville.

The villa is very roomy, clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated! The balcony view of the mountains and golf course are just so beautiful!!!

Kauai is a special island, and we had a wonderful time staying at Linda's villa in Princeville! Hope we will be back soon!

Gorgeous and Relaxing!

  • 5 of 5

Princeville has been called the “Bel Air” of Kauai and I would have to agree! It’s a beautiful community and has a grocery store, gas station, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We started our stay by stocking up on groceries. We loved being able to cook breakfast every morning before starting our day. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed. I loved the layout of the town home. It was roomy and had plenty of space. We absolutely loved the beds… they were so comfortable. We were able to do laundry before heading home which was a huge plus. There are 2 full baths attached to the downstairs bedrooms and one bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. There are so many windows throughout and it felt so peaceful with the breeze blowing through the house.

Everything is there that you need to enjoy Kauai, such as beach bags, water shoes, beach chairs, bikes, etc. There is a zip line adventure close as well as Hanalei bay, Queen’s Bath, and Anini Beach. We felt so at home here. We were relaxed and we didn’t want to leave!

Wireless access is super speedy and reaches to the pool :)
