As you open the front door of this luxury home you are immediately struck by the amazing white and turquoise décor throughout this open concept designer decorated home, complete with travertine floors throughout. You will be welcomed in the entry hall by a brass console table and a stunning mirror.
The fully equipped cook's kitchen boasts a new BOSCH dishwasher, a new LG fridge, and a 4 seat breakfast bar. Extra touches include a separate two temperature wine fridge and a 5 gallon water cooler.
Moving into the dining area you will be struck by the amazing white quartz dining table with custom made leather chairs. The Hunter Douglas top down bottom up blinds allow the entire main floor to be filled with sunlight-without anyone being able to see in, but with you still being able to see out.
Passing the dining room you will enter the stunning designer living room, where you will find custom made white couches, custom made turquoise draperies, stunning lamps and glass and chrome tables. Once you have past the livingroom you will encounter the screened sunroom with wicker loveseats and table, and views of the gardens and the pool. There is also a powder room on the main floor, discretely tucked away under the stairs.
Upstairs you will find 2 luxuriously appointed bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen size bed. Each has its own ensuite bathroom, the master boasting a jacuzzi set in travertine marble with separate shower cubicle, and the other a shower above a Jacuzzi.
Leading off the Master bedroom is a wooden deck with comfortable new seating and a small drink table, overlooking the lush garden and pool area.
The propane BBQ on the back porch is available for your use. Please ensure that the propane is turned off after use, as this is a safety hazard. Please clean the BBQ thoroughly after use. If you do not it will attract critters. If you note that the propane is low please advise our property manager.
The townhouse complex consists of 4 blocks of 6 town homes in a security gated community, surrounding a calm oasis.
If you are an experienced or aspiring kite boarder, windsurfer, diver, snorkeler, golfer, photographer, horse rider or love to fish you will be in heaven here!
We ask that noise levels around the pool are kept at a reasonable level as many of the residents in the complex live here year round. We respect our neighbours (and vice versa) and request that you do so as well.
A comprehensive folder of information - maps, recommendations etc. will be provided in the house.
This property is perfect for tow couples who want to vacation together, while having privacy and relaxing space to share together.12% government tax is applied to all rentals, as required by the TCI government.
The house will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. If you wish, extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay at extra cost.
Immediately prior to your arrival at our home you will receive an email with a code for the Resort Lock on the front door. Upon arrival at our home you will be provided with a code to the alarm system, which alarm you will deactivate with your code when you enter the property. It is simple to use. Please note that there are many other security features that are typically associated with high end properties, that we would be pleased to give you more details about should you request.We also have drilled safes that are large enough for most laptop computers into the floors of each bedroom. Our property manager will meet you upon arrival at the home to provide you with two keys to the deadbolt lock. Please note that as these keys are not replaceable, there will be a USD$200 charge if a key is lost, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
If you wish, we can arrange to have a taxi pick you up at the airport. (This cost is not included.) Note that unless a taxi is arranged in advance, or you have rented a car, the only option that is likely to be available to you at the Providenciales Airport will be an oversized van that you will have to share with individuals going to other locations for their holidays. While this is less expensive than hiring a taxi for yourself, it may not be what you want.
Once your booking has been made we request that you immediately forward to use your complete flight itinerary so that we will know both the airline and the flight numbers for your arrival and departure. This assists is in knowing what time out Property Manager will need to meet you at the Property, and in the event that you have requested that we arrange a taxi for you then we will be able to check in the flights are on time.
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. This is not a party house!
Only registered guests will be allowed to stay in the house.
As good etiquette, please wash your feet at the tap by the pool after being at the beach, brush any remaining sand from your feet and shake towels outdoor, away from the entrance, before entering the house. There are also basins available for this purpose, which you can fill with water and leave on the front doorstep and back doorstep for your use as needed.
Interaction with Guests
We are available by email both before and throughout your stay to answer and questions that you may have, or to assist you in making arrangements. In addition, we have a property manager on the island to assist you if needed. You will be provided with his telephone number at the same time as you are provided with the other codes.
In April of 2015 Providenciales was named the Most Beautiful Island in the World by the 2015 Travelers' Choice Awards.
The main attraction nearby is the award winning Grace Bay Beach, which has also been voted the Best Beach in the World by Conde Nest Traveler Magazine. This magnificent stretch (more than 10 miles) of powder white sand and the stunning turquoise water is never crowded.
We are at the epicentre of everything there is to do in Provo but we are set back just far enough from the town not to be disturbed by traffic or noisy bars.
Within comfortable walking distance are the best shopping on the island, countless places to enjoy coffee and cake, beer and chips, pasta and salad, pizza, sushi, Indian, Thai or Italian food, or a world class three course dinner with vintage wine.
You are within walking distance to everything in Grace Bay, and do not require a car. Two brand new bicycles, with helmets are available for your use.
Other Things to Note
Verification of the identity of all guests by passport is required before your reservation has been accepted. In addition, we may require a Skype meeting before the reservation will be approved.
OVERUSE OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY
Water and electricity are extremely expensive in the Turks and Caicos. Water is approximately USD$.051 per gallon and electricity is approximately USD$.40 per kwh. it is, therefore, imperative that you do not run the air conditioner all day, that you conserve energy, and that you do not waste water. Our rental charges allow for total weekly water and electric costs of USD $300.00 (OR PRO-RATED IF YOU STAY LESS or MORE THAN A WEEK). Meter readings will be done before your arrival and after your departure. To the extent that you have exceeded the USD $300.00 allocated for water and electricity, the balance will be paid from your damage/security deposit. PLEASE NOTE THAT TO DATE NONE OF OUR GUESTS HAVE EXCEEDED THIS ALLOWANCE.
Before booking please note that the Turks and Caicos can be very hot between August and October, which may result in your increased usage of air conditioning, such that you will incur overage on electrical charges that will be deducted from your Security/Damage Deposit.
LOSS OF KEYS
In order to ensure the best possible security for our home the key to the deadbolt on the front door cannot be duplicated, it is an ordeal to get a replacement key. Therefore, if you do lose the deadbolt key there will be a charge of USD$200.00, which will be deducted from your security/damage deposit. Similar charges will apply in the event that you lose the key to the Kryptonite Bike Locks.
