Our Boulders home is located in a new secluded gated community of eight signature homes designed by Master of the Southwest, Bob Bacon. Reflecting the architectural design of the Boulders resort (which Bob also designed) but on a residential scale, this grand award winning home has over 6,000 square feet of living space with multiple outdoor sitting, dining and entertainment areas, including a covered surround sound system. With stunning mountain views and a natural desert landscape, the Boulders home is an excellent choice for larger groups, family gatherings and avid golfers, as it is situated on a very private three plus acre lot in close proximity to many of Scottsdale's legendary golf courses as well as hiking and biking trails. This home features two master suites, satellite TV, and complimentary Netflix and Pandora streaming for hours of entertainment. Upon driving up to the home, you will immediately notice the similarities between this house and the Boulders resort just two miles away. The long driveway and large foyer provide a sense of palatial elegance to the property. Up the outside steps is a separate entrance to the upstairs guest quarters, providing maximum seclusion and privacy. Inside the home are four gas fireplaces, while the outside is complete with a gas fireplace, a gas fire pit, and two wood-burning fireplaces.
The master suite downstairs features a king size bed, separate reading alcove, high ceilings, his and her bathroom facilities and private access to the pool and spa outdoors. The gourmet kitchen is fitted with all-new appliances, including a dual-fuel Wolf range, two concealed dual Sub Zero fridges built directly into the wall with matching wood cabinet doors, and dual Asko dishwashers. Skylights and large panoramic windows provide plenty of natural light year round. A spare room upstairs opens to an outdoor balcony with stunning views of Pinnacle Peak as well as the lights of Desert Mountain and Scottsdale. A small indoor balcony on the opposite side opens up to the foyer, in case you feel like giving a spur-of-the-moment toast or speech. The tile floor in the dining room is truly a one of a kind work-of-art, with unique handcrafted Manzanita patterns unavailable elsewhere.
