Wonderful stay
A great apartment, meticulously maintained. Wonderful location, great eclectic art. And very thoughtful and considerate hosts, in a fantastic location close to restaurants and stores in the Irvington / Sullivan's Gulch area of NE Portland.

Wonderful place! - Our best VRBO experience in Portland (and we stay there a lot!). It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and more, pet friendly, safe & pleasant neighborhood, close to stores; polite, helpful and friendly hosts and super convenient to pop over to our son's home (the most important amenity for us!). Thanksgiving 2024
This was our second Thanksgiving at Mediterranean Villa. It is perfect. The home is open and roomy in the living room/dining/kitchen area. Makes it easy to live in and to cook/relax in. The location is great, we enjoy walks and the ease of movement to other Portland locations. The owners are very responsive, I hope we con do it again!

Great Plan, Bad Timing - We Finished Our Project As the Real Estate Market Crashed. We Ultimately Moved Into the Building and Rented Out the Other Condos. We Out-lived the Market Downturn and Have Since Moved Across the River But are Still Close by Should You Need You Need Anything. Pets Ok - There Are Some in the Building - Dog Park in Walking Distance.
