Upgraded Condo, Great Location/Price, 2BR/2BA, Sleeps 6

Our goal is to offer an affordable condominium, that is nice, clean, and cozy inside in Summit County Colorado. While you enjoy the breathtaking views in front of a warm fireplace, you are surrounded by high-end upgrades that include: Granite slab counter tops, cabinets, gas fireplace, slate and Berber floors, bathrooms, knotty doors, dishes, LCD TV with DVD player, as well as new Casper mattresses in both bedrooms. Free Dish cable TV and wireless internet is also available in both the condo and clubhouse.

The clubhouse is right next to our building and a great place for adults and children. There is an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, game room, work out facility, racquet ball court, coin-operated laundry machines and another great room that has a fireplace and spectacular views.

The kitchen has all the basics. Stay in, or enjoy excellent dining out at one of the restaurants down the road in the town of Silverthorne or Dillon. You also might enjoy dining and shopping, minutes away in Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Frisco.

In 20 minutes or less, you can drive to Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland ski areas. Less than an hour will take you to Vail and Beaver Creek.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom condo. It is small but the space is efficiently used and most importantly has 2 bathrooms. The owner/host is very responsive to questions or issues. This is a great place for 2 couples

I am a real estate agent and investor who lives in the Denver metro area. I moved to the area in 2011 with my family from Chicago where I grew up. I went to high school at Adlai E. Stevenson HS and graduated from DePaul University with an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA in Real Estate Finance.

I love the weather and the mountains in Colorado. I am a competitive cyclist and race on the road and cyclocross just about every weekend in the summer and fall.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because my family and I love to stay in the mountains in the summer and fall. It was purchased as an investment for ski season rentals due to it's great location to all the major Summit County ski areas while still providing us the opportunity to use it from time to time as well.

What makes this property unique

The condo was very nicely renovated recently and is in excellent condition. It is very warm and cozy and despite it's size, roomy and open feeling. The amenities at the condo complex are excellent and provide a great place for larger groups to hang out and have fun.
