Welcome to Caribbean 104!
This unit is located in the Caribbean complex which is one of the only Direct Gulf front pet friendly buildings in all of Gulf Shores and Orange beach! The Caribbean is located 1.6 miles from the Hangout and this unit has a direct Gulf View from the balcony and living room!

Complex amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, an elevated boardwalk to the beach, ground level poolside bathrooms and you can bring your fur baby for a $200 pet fee.

Welcome to Caribbean 104 in Gulf Shores, AL!

This beautiful west corner 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo is pet friendly and perfectly situated on the first floor allowing for easy access to the complex amenities and the beach without the need for an elevator, although there is an elevator available.

The condo features nine-foot ceilings and a master suite outfitted with a king bed, flat-screen television, private water closet, jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen television. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat screen television, a large sleeper sofa, plus additional seating and a view you will LOVE!

This unit has a full-size washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, tile floors, Wi-Fi, and a private balcony offering direct Gulf views that will take your breath away!

Bring your pet with a small pet fee of just $200! Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas.

SNOWBIRD DISCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED ON RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 30 DAYS OR MORE STARTING NOVEMBER 1ST - FEBRUARY 28TH.

Contactless check in. Door codes will be emailed 3 days before check in.

There will be no interaction with guests. We can always be contacted via phone call or text if you should need anything during your stay.

Gulf Shores is a small, friendly town with several attractions: parasailing, deep sea fishing, shopping centers, boutiques, zip-lining, dolphin cruises, several places to dine, and several local events throughout the year.

If traffic is heavy when you're getting close to reaching the intersection of HWY 59 and Beach Blvd (the Hangout intersection), we recommend you turn right by the Original Oyster House onto Windmill Ridge Rd., then turn right at the end of the road onto W. Beach Blvd to avoid the traffic. Drive .8 miles down, and Caribbean will be on the left.

Walk to the beach
Wake up, walk downstairs, and saunter over to the beach. Owner is very easy to work with - great communication - made things easy.

Wonderful!
We loved being right on the beach. It was a very pet-friendly location for our two small dogs. When we noticed the blender was missing, Jim dropped off a brand new one the same day. The pools were nice and warm. We really enjoyed it here!

Great Location!
Had a great stay for the most part. Location was great !! The interior of the unit was a bit more worn that we were expecting. . Definitely not gonna not pic the issues. The major issues were with the key to the entry door, you have to jiggle it just right to get it to operate properly, a keypad would solve that issue and make it more user friendly, the second issue was when anyone in the units above flushed the toilet it made a semi loud bang in the wall !! Me being a light sleeper this was very bothersome, so please be aware of this.

I own and manage rental property in my own hometown, and in Gulf Shores besides this condo. My wife, three daughters, and I have always enjoyed warm weather in Alabama; now that I am finally settling down, my wife and I have decided to buy a few condos. This is our home away from home! We love relaxing and enjoying the sun!

Why they chose this property

We love the southern Alabama beaches, and because we have friends living within thirty miles of Gulf Shores, we decided to buy beachfront property. We finally decided to move to Gulf Shores in January 2020 after vacationing here for 20 years. We know you will love our new city as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

My wife is an avid shopper and she enjoys the two shopping outlets located in Gulf Shores, plus the several surf shops in Gulf Shores too. My three daughters and their friends enjoy going to the festivals held annually year around, going to The Hangout less than one mile from our condo, and go-kart racing in Gulf Shores! We all go out to eat at our favorite restaurant throughout the week! There are over seventy-five restaurants within ten miles of our condo. Our favorite restaurants are the Shrimp Basket, Lambert's, Tacky Jack's, the Fish River Grill, and The Rib Shak BBQ.
