The Space:
This waterfront home offers four gorgeous bedrooms,  your own private swimming pool and dock. Renovated in 2015 with comfortable yet modern Key furnishings, the vibe here will not disappoint. The interior boasts an open, airy feel perfect for large gatherings. The gourmet kitchen will make you feel right at home. To wind down from your day, relax in a deep soaking tub after you watch the sunset from the patio.


Our dock can accommodate a boat up to 21'

The pool can be heated for a fee of $75/night.
A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival.
A recreation package can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. Please reach out for more information or if you would like to add any of these additional amenities.

Guest Access:

Key Colony Beach is part of Marathon Key, which is a 10-mile stretch of island 2 hours south of Miami International Airport in the middle of the Keys island chain. In addition to being in close proximity of numerous restaurant and shopping hubs, our home is only a one hour drive from Key West and the home of Ernest Hemingway.
