Light and Bright open floor plan with great room and expansive windows and water view. Ideal location with morning sun and afternoon shade. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the large deck with jacuzzi, gas BBQ and outdoor stereo system looking out over quiet bay. Private 36' U dock for boat parking, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat and rafts for relaxing in bay after full day on the water. Great fishing right off the dock or hop in the boat for a full day of it. Then come home to a 42" switch operated, efficient fireplace that is instantly hot with a flip of a switch- warm & easy. Fully stocked kitchen amenities & appliances. 60" smart TV in great room and 42" smart TV in master w/ wireless internet. No local TV channels but over 100 channels provided through smart TV. 2 King bedrooms & 3rd room has 2 bunk beds. Converted garage w/ ping pong table, additional refrigerator and stereo system for game night! Our home is about 15 minutes from fast water. Not wheelchair accessible and no pets allowed.

Beautiful Bay Home!
The home was better than advertised! The photos on the listing do NOT do it justice, looks better in person! It was very clean/cozy and had all the comforts of our own home. Newly renovated with all the fun amenities to enjoy the water or an indoor family game night. Well stocked with all the home/bath necessities all that was needed was our clothes and food for the week! Quaint and quiet neighborhood, with restaurants and grocery store near by. We will most certainly be back :)

Great stay, beautiful and clean property.
Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend. Pros: location, cleanliness, spacious home, organization is perfect (everything labeled with a spot), entertainment great: paddle boards, ping pong table, hot tub, u-shaped boat to accommodate two boats. The only Con that our families agreed on, was the queen bed, in bedroom 2 could use updating, it’s squeaking and uncomfortable. However, We fixed this issue by going out and purchasing a mattress topper for extra cushion. With that being said we would still love to comeback and stay again!

Beautiful home with great views
Amy’s home exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious, kitchen well equipped, with amazing water views. The jacuzzi and paddle boards with a large dock were a plus. We will highly recommend it and rent it again. Thanks for a great stay Amy.

Our two boys were practically born on the delta and now young adults.
We have just remodeled the entire home. It's a lovely home that we continue to enjoy as time permits.
