Welcome to Toad Hollow! Fabulous lake front property with 3 bedrooms on Possum Kingdom Lake. Relax with your family and friends in this quiet house located conveniently on the east side of the lake. Great for a family vacation, a girls’ weekend or fishing with buddies, this house will be the place for you. Over an acre of lake front property with huge back porch, large open lawn right down to the water.

There are two master suites, one upstairs and one down. One smaller bedroom is downstairs across from the 3rd bathroom. Included is a media room, open kitchen looking over the sunken living room. Couch in living room folds out to queen bed. Large laundry room is available for guest use.
The over sized deck is the perfect place to lounge, catch up with friends and enjoy fresh mornings and cool evenings.

Enjoy the conversation around the fire pit over looking the lake and under an amazing, star filled night sky. Bring fixin’s for s’mores to cook over the fire.

Very cozy stay
Property manager made adjustments when we showed up early for checkin. We enjoyed a week on the lake during 100+ temps. It was nice to have a comfortable, cool home to retreat to. Marina is a few minutes drive away to keep boat. Plenty of seating on the covered porch.

The best weekend!
We had such a fun and relaxing weekend. The back patio with a view of the lake was the best. You could watch the sunsets every night from the patio and they were gorgeous. The house was so homey and comfortable. It was decorated so cute and had a well stocked kitchen….everything you would need. The owners so helpful. The TV wasn’t working and I put in a call and he was there within the hour. He got the TV working in time for football!! I can’t say enough good things. We all loved it!

Amazing stay!
This place was awesome. You did not need for anything! The house is completely stocked, they had anything and everything you could need. We stay in a lot of VRBO's and this was the most well stocked house we've ever stayed in. It was clean and comfy. Everyone slept great. The back porch is what makes the house so incredible. HUGE porch with tons of seating options; hammocks and swings. Lots of yard games. Neat lights to turn on at night. It was our favorite spot for sure! It's close to the water so you catch the sounds of the water lapping on the shore, and the sun sets right over the water in front of the house. It was cute, charming, clean, stocked and comfortable! Also, it's only a mile from all the restaurants, close to a gas station too. Boat ramp was 5 minutes away as well.

We chose this house for it's great location, on the east side of Possum Kingdom Lake to be close to family, close to the center of PK and activities, and because it is an especially quiet and peaceful part of the lake.

Why they chose this property

Toad Hollow lake house is situated in a quiet area on the east side of Possum Kingdom lake, close to restaurants, boat rentals, hike and bike trails. The house is on a one acre lot with vista views and fantastic sunsets. We purchased this property so we could be close to my parents in their twilight years as well as a retirement destination for ourselves. I have a large family and when we get together for holidays, it's been great to have space for family. We fell in love with the property on first site and knew it would be a great to be close to Mom and Dad and set us up for a destination when we are ready to step out of the rat race.

What makes this property unique

The house is right on the lake and boasts a ~ 700 square foot patio to sit and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Over an acre of space to relax and unwind, listen to the wind chimes and watch the geese, squirrels and fox as they come across the property. Horseshoes, corn hole, fire pit and an expansive night sky is a great way to enjoy the property and time with family and friends. With 2 masters suites, it is perfect for two couples or families to spend fishing, swimming and boating on more than 100 feet of shoreline.
