This townhouse is located on the 3rd Green of Ko'olina Golf Course and offers a relaxing setting for your vacation. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the golfers chip an putt.

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with half bathroom downstairs. The Master Bedroom with it's own bath with tub/shower and the other bath also has a tub/shower. The attached two car garage has an entry door into the unit.

The lanai/patio area offers a Barbeque grill. patio table with 6 chairs and an umbrella.

The unit is closest to lagoon 4 which is the least crowded and next to the marina. You can enjoy the beach and beautiful water by sunbathing, swimming, or snorkeling. There are beach chairs, some snorkel and fins and beach toys in the garage for your use. If you have young ones and need a highchair and/or pack-n-play let us know and we will have it in the property for you as well.

Great place

I loved this townhouse. It was big enough for the 6 of us and very nicely updated. We had a few issues with the internet and TV but after 3 days the owners came in and fixed it. My only complaint is that it is about a 20 min walk to the best beach, with small children we had to drive. Ko Olina is a great location away from the chaos of Waikiki, but rent a car to avoid the overpriced restaurants in the area!

We loved our stay. Richard & Monica very helpful with advice, answering my questions & accommodated our request for late check out. Beautiful view of the golf course from patio. ABC store 5 minutes away for any last minute items. Shopping @ Costco, Safeway, Walmart only 10 minute drive. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the crowds of people in Waikiki, this is the place to go! Property very clean & well maintained. We didn’t want to leave!!
