Newly Renovated Modern Condo, with incredible views of Cowpet Bay, looking out to St John and Great St. James.

Take in the spectacular views from our 1500 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay The condo has all the features that you would want in a vacation condo as we stay there several weeks per year. The living area has a sectional sofa, a 50-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and wireless internet service. It has a covered balcony with table, chairs, and propane BBQ grill. The dining area has a table that seats six or eat on the balcony that seats seven. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave)

There are three equal sized bedrooms, three new King beds and one Twin. Also available is a crib. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, three showers and two tubs.

It only takes 1 to 2 minutes to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. We even have a complimentary beach towel service. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a beach bar and two great restaurants, Caribbean Fish Market, serving lunch and dinner and Sangria's serving breakfast and sandwiches, pizza and salads for lunch and dinner. On site we have a tennis court, exercise room (fee), Health/Beauty/Massage Spa (fee) and water-sport rentals (fee). The water sport hut personnel can arrange boating excursions for you.

In the nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a dozen restaurants, a grocery store, gift and specialty shops, and a large marina. All of this is within a mile and a half of our condominium.

We're John & Ali, a Real Estate Developer and Interior Designer from Scotland and Seattle respectively. John's travelled extensively throughout the world and met Ali in Hollywood, CA . Ali worked, making incredible luxury beds for Celebrities in West Hollywood. They have a son called Roman and a small mini-dachshund called Fin.

We bought this condo because we visited St Thomas with two friends of ours the year before. The area is absolutely gorgeous, from the turquoise ocean and the incredible views, to the lush vegetation that grows on the island. We fell in love with the place. The climate is great and the people that live here are the friendliest and most laid back you'll find.

What makes this condo unique

The view as you walk in is breathtaking. Every time we walk over the arched threshold, you feel like you're on vacation. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The beds are soooo comfortable.

Wonderful unit and beautiful beach property.

We were very happy with the unit. Plenty of space, comfy clean beds. The outdoor balcony was nice, AMAZING view of the ocean. All the appliances so were handy; we cooked most of our meals. Plenty of dishes to use. Grocery store was 5 minutes away. The grounds surrounding unit had beautiful plants. The resort adjacent to property had 2 delicious restaurants, just steps away from unit as well. Plenty of chairs always available at the beach too! Not crowed at all. We also rented Johns vehicle which was spacious, clean and hassle free.

Wonderful Vacation

We really loved our stay here. John was very accommodating in that we had extra people and still were able to make things work. We also had one issue with the ceiling fans and John's response time was so quick and we had it taken care in less than 24 hours! The house was perfect for what we needed being two families. The rooms were big and the furniture was comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful Time in St.Thomas

Overall the property was extremely nice and we loved our tie spent in St. Thomas. John the owner had timely responses to emails with all of my 1000 questions. The cleaning lady gave us some wonderful "things to do." There are a few structural things in the place which need to be repaired or replaced but they do not stop you from enjoying the 3 bedroom with beautiful views. It was a plus we were able to rent his Explorer I had fun driving on the left side of the road.. It was better to have it and not need it THEN to need it and not have it.. The beach although on the property is a little walk with plenty of stairs, we were lazy and just drove around to it. The onsite restaurants were delicious make sure you get the fried pickles from the beach restaurant,

I would definitely recommend staying at John's place.

Best Vacation Ever - Awesome Condo with unparalleled views

We arrived at this Cowpet Bay condo on July 9 2017 for a 3 week vacation. The Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and the 3 bedrooms were very comfortable for our family of 5. The owner of the condo, John Duncan, stopped by the next morning to assure we had everything we needed and was very responsive leading up to and during the vacation for all questions we had. When we walked out onto the balcony upon arrival, we felt like we were in heaven. The view of Cowpet Bay was magnificent and over 21 days we spent hours gazing from the balcony at the beauty of the water and boats below. The beach was easy to get to, not crowded during the whole time there, plenty of chairs, and the water was so clear you could see for miles. Snorkeling was fun on the rock side of the beach with rays, sea urchins, and fish of every color in the rainbow present. Sangrias on the beach was awesome for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or drinks. We also ate at the Caribbean Fish Market on the beach which was very good. We chartered a boat from nearby GoodDay Charters to go to St. John's and the British Virgin Islands and it picked us up right on the beach at the property, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The East End of St. Thomas is very cool, and we made some memories at Duffy's Love Shack and other establishments, of which there are many. Moe's Fresh Market even provided my vegan girls with all the organic fruit they could eat, I have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and this was by far the best vacation ever for me and my family. I will definitely be back to stay at this or another of Mr. Duncan's properties.

Ideal for Families and Friends Traveling Together

Traveled to St Thomas to attend a destination wedding with my husband and four adult children. This location was ideal. It had stunning ocean views and was close to the resort venue, Redhook and two awesome beaches. We really enjoyed the comfy king sized beds in each room and the 3 bathrooms meant no waiting. There were two on property restaurants and a lovely palm filled beach. The community was clean, quiet and secure. The kitchen was well equipped and the in unit washer and dryer wash a great convenience. Great value compared to multiple hotel rooms at resort prices. Would stay here again.
