Property was very clean, and all amenities you need. We did have some difficulties with tv at times, but we didn't really need it in that special location, 10 out of 10. Air con would be the icing on the cake we would def come again.

This is a lovely place with incredible views. Location is great for snorkling, diving and surfing. No AC, so a little warm but cool ocean breezes help a lot. Very romantic and peaceful!

Overall the condo and location met our vacation needs. The mornings and sunsets on the lanai were absolutely stunning. The condo lacked air conditioning but with the fans on non stop, it was tolerable. I found it interesting that the cleaning instructions mentioned the guests pay to have the windows cleaned by a local business. Overall our stay was nice.

Great view. Mediocre Unit

Unit's primary appeal is great ocean view. That however does not make up for the serious deficiencies that were manifest in the unit. DIY is great if the person or people doing it are capable but bad carpentry and painting spoil the appearance. Having a totally randomly placed bathtub and saloon bathroom doors(poorly made) again leaves one questioning why? Finding the only available place in the unit to hang clothes filled with unused pillows was disconcerting but the bathtub was useful to store the pillows. Leaving notes about the other bathroom not being ready for "primetime", the louvered window in the bedroom blocked by insulation awaiting the repair etc got old. If the unit needs something fixed then it sure be done prior to rental. Leaving messages to avoid this and do not use that got old. The overall appearence of the unit was dated and the kitchen space was in desperate need of upgrading. This could , with work, be an attractive unit but significant renovation is required. Finally glue the threshold piece to the bathroom down or replace before someone trips and falls.

Overall our stay there was great. The condo was well stocked and appointed. The view was spectacular, and we had a great time watching the local surfers, as this location is a big surf hot-spot on the island. The ONLY major complaint we had was in regards to the parking. This listing should have stated that there was no assigned parking for the unit, as we found out that the owner’s vehicle was parked in the only assigned slot for unit 404. For the most part, we were able to park in on of the “guest” parking spots. However, there were times that both “guest” parking spots were occupied, and we had to find street parking down the road. We were afraid of parking in the gravel area, as this was a tow away zone and did not want to risk having our rental car towed away. On days both "guest” spots were occupied, I would have to check throughout the day when a “guest” spot had cleared, so I could move my car from the street. This was a bit of a hassle... If the owner wishes to leave his car in the assigned spot, perhaps the listing should make mention of this parking arrangement.

We apologize that you had difficulties with parking and unfortunately, some complexes do not guarantee parking for all guest and this is out of our control due to not managing the entire complex just individual units. Should you choose to book with us again, and if at a complex where parking is not assigned and you are unsure of where parking is allowed, please feel free to contact us so that we can get the resident manager to assist you and confirm where you are allowed to park if a guest parking stall is not available. We will be sure to follow up with the resident manager so that we too have a better understanding of where parking is ok and where the tow away zones begin and end.
