4 Bedroom Vintage Home With Modern Conveniences And A Quiet Private Garden

Clarndon Road Manor is a Victorian era farmhouse built in the 1890’s that has watched civilization grow around it. Across the street from The University of Victoria residences and a five minute walk to the beach and Cadboro Bay Village.

Character style vintage home welcoming short or longterm renters/fully furnished/all inclusive. Note we only rent for the full 8 month period from 1-Sept to 30-Apr to align with UVIC's schedule.

It is a great location, 8.2km (15min) from Downtown Victoria, near convenient bussing and has easy access to the airport or BC Ferries. We are walking distance to the Smugglers Cove Pub as well as Starbucks and Cadboro Bay Beach with its world class childrens play area. It's also a great location to start your tour of Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, Washington State, Seattle, or Vancouver.

A quaint home built in 1893 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great family rental with an outdoor barbecue area and private garden. House is well furnished with quality linens, Sonos stereo system and a well equipped kitchen. On demand hot water so you never run out. Laundry facilities and off street parking. 2 min walking distance to the University of Victoria and 5 min walking distance to the Cadboro Bay Village with its Starbucks, restaurants, gas station, grocery, post office and liquor store.

Nice home

Nice home with three bedrooms upstairs which was a great space for our teen children to hang out - each with their own room (2 of which have TVs). Nice master on lower level with lots of space. Just a half mile walk to coffee and grocery store.

Piers was exceptional with accommodating our family and I am very appreciative of his great customer service.

Bright, clean and lost of space for 8 adults.

We were 4 adult couples going to a family wedding. There was lots of space for everyone to spread out. There was only one full bathroom but the rooms had mirrors for make up application and there was an en suite with a toilet and sink one of the bedrooms. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and dishes. The only drawback was that there were only five kitchen chairs. The house was very close to the University of Victoria.

It only gets better

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here but the first with the boss (wife). She was totally impressed with the layout, cleanliness, and proximity to downtown, food markets, and the ocean. Piers was accommodating and available for questions and tips. Great weather and a great stay in Victoria!!

We really enjoyed our stay here.

We spent a lot of our time enjoying the sites in Victoria. The house offers roomy, comfortable bedrooms. It is well located close - walking distance to a beach, a market, a drug store, and some good restaurants. The only downside was having one shower. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this place

A great location, charming home, and accomodating owners!

We had a wonderful stay... our party of 3 adults and 3 kids had plenty of space to laze around in the home which was fully furnished, with washer-dryer, dishwasher, and comfortable beds (including a baby playpen which we used as a bed). The house has a enclosed garden where we picked fresh strawberries and veggies to eat. And the location was excellent with Cadboro Bay a one-minute drive away (where we spent a lot of our afternoons) and the University bus stop which was a 5-minute walk away. Piers was an excellent host who helped us get settled in and answer our questions. Highly recommended.
