2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Condo With Phenomenal Gulf View Directly On The Beach!

We have three flat screen HD TVs in our condo, and Direct TV along with free WIFI. We have a wifi booster that uses the electrical wiring as an antennae so that you can access the wifi from any room in the condo without losing service.

Summer always sells out at Island Winds West - occupancy in Gulf Shores in general averages over 94% for Summer. This property is managed by its owners rather than a big, impersonal management company that has to make profits with high overhead.

Our complex is one of the closest to the Gulf Shores public beach where Hwy 59, the main highway south terminates at the Gulf of Mexico and where the Shrimp Festival and the Hangout Music Festival are staged.

Beautiful Condo had brand new custom cabinets complete with granite counter tops installed in November '15 to go along with a Refrigerator with ice maker and a new washer/dryer combo that were installed in 2014.

The Condo has a spaciousness you will find only with a condo at the end of the building which has direct beach front as well as windows on the side to feel more like home. The balcony has nearly twice the space of one bedroom and the small 2 bedroom units.

The views of the Gulf Beaches are spectacular from everywhere in the condo, including both bedrooms, each with a private bath. From the private balcony on the east end of the building, you can see east for many miles down the beach.

Direct Gulf Front unit on the east end facing the beach, with nothing between you and the surf but white sand. The beach is fabulous! Right outside your balcony ... Best Value DIRECT GULF FRONT CONDO with 2 Full Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths!

Gulf front Pool with adjacent shady area and BBQ add to the ambiance. One of the few remaining condos with a kiddie pool right next to the shady area and main pool.

The building is being continually refurbished by the new board of directors, who are committed to keeping it up to date. The pool has been renovated and new pool furniture added. New railings and fences and picnic tables and shower/foot washing stations add to the pleasant exterior, as does updated landscaping. New doors and elevator floors and stairway and walkway paint give a fresh look to the outside.
