Modern yet cozy unit

This unit was modern and clean. There was plenty of room for 2 adults, a teenager, and a 5-year-old. It was reasonably located and in a nice neighborhood.

Great choice!

This was an ideal pied-à-terre while I was working on a week-long contract in North Van. Selected because of the location, the king bed (my husband accompanied me, we sleep better in a king), and attractiveness in photos, this basement apartment lived up to its nicely furnished appearance, was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Simple suggestion: Add kitchen scissors & a frying pan cover.

The separate entrance is convenient (steep steps to the entry, nothing any able-bodied person can’t handle), and there’s plenty of on-street parking.

Only frustration was weak internet, a bigger issue for my husband.

All in all, glad we stayed here, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if the opportunity presented itself!

Great place to stay

Beds were very comfy and apartment was spotless. Price was reasonable as well. Could hear their child running around in the morning sometimes when trying to sleep in but would only last about an hour or so. Other than that everything was great. Would highly recommend this place and will surely stay here again.

Amazing apartment! New, clean, beautiful!

What a beautiful apartment, we could have not been happier with the unit. Beautiful professionally decorated unit is new and clean, very accurate listing.

This truly was a wonderful suite for our family of 4, plenty of room for my boys to play (20 mos and 4.5yrs), parks close by, quiet safe neighbourhood and great distance for shopping, market and sea buss as well as easy access to head for a day trip to Whistler. Owners were very nice and helpful and had given us all of the necessary information when arriving there. Great rate and so much more space for our family than in a hotel, this is definitely the way to travel for us! I was little nervous of bothering the owners with our jet lagged little ones and the noises as they woke up wee hours, but they were just wonderful and made sure we knew everything was ok.

I have already recommended this suite to my friends here in Ontario, and will definitely come back next time we are coming to Vancouver!

Spacious, Lovely and Convenient

This lovely and clean basement apartment was a good fit for our needs during our mid-September 2017 stay. It has a king-sized bed in the main bedroom; which can be very hard to find in this area. It was also convenient to many areas and most importantly to my brother's place in Burnaby. The landscaping in the front yard was beautiful, and we enjoyed walking through this nice garden-like area each morning on the way to our car.
