FOR THE SUMMER OF 2023 WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING 2 WEEK (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY) LONG RENTALS. CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR JULY.

Recently newly built large beach house now with brand new central air conditioning. This beautiful home in the Dunes features 6 large bedrooms (4 bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two double beds, one bedroom with a single bed, all with ceiling fans), 4 baths (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs), large family room upstairs and huge great room downstairs with ceiling fans, large modern kitchen with kitchen table, massive deck with outdoor dining table (seats 8) and loungers, grill, horseshoe pit, outdoor shower and shed. Four bicycles and ocean toys and boogie boards included in the shed.

We live full time in NJ, and this is our family's beach home.

Why they chose this property

This home has been in the family since original purchase in 1976. We love the quiet and seclusion of the location in the dunes, and the very short 6 minute walk to our private Amagansett East Homeowners Association beach and a very secluded ocean setting.

What makes this property unique

Gorgeous non-crowded nearby beach, plus two more popular public beaches within a 5-10 minute bike ride. Local roads and lanes are ideal for strolls and bike rides. 5 minute drive to the bay and the even more tranquil waters of Devon and Albert's landing bay beaches. Many great local seafood shops, outstanding restaurants, and local cultural activities in nearby towns of East Hampton, Sag Harbor, and Montauk.
