Whether you want to visit one of the many local state parks, see the elk in Jasper, drive the famous Pig Trail, eat great food, or hear good music we have got you covered. Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville have all the amenities you will need, with a local flare. Whether visiting Dickson St. in Fayetteville, Emma St. in Springdale, Historic Downtown Rogers, the Historic Square in Bentonville, or Crystal Bridges Museum there is truly something for everyone. Eureka Springs and Harrison are both easy drives from the house, filled with rolling hills and natural beauty.

Maximum 8 guests..10 minutes to Prairie Creek Marina, 30 minutes to Eureka Springs, 7 miles to Rogers. Smart TV. Fast internet/wifi. 3 bedroom 2 Full Bath 2 queen size sleeper sofas. Large 2 Car Garage (Not suited for boat parking). If you have a boat, contact me to discuss parking next door or nearby).. 24 ft pontoon boat available for daily fee. Ask about availability. No lake access from the house.. Great location for Bald Eagle watching. Close to walking trails, Hobbs State Conservation Area. Great shopping at the Promenade in Rogers. Great place...
The home was clean and well cared for. The location was fantastic and central to lots to do in a beautiful country. The host was flexible and quick to respond to us. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

What A View!
Mark’s home on the lake was more than we imagined! It was very well appointed, clean and with an awesome enclosed porch overlooking the lake and deck. There’s nothing he overlooked. Very close to Roger’s and Bentonville but with a quiet getaway feel. We’ll definitely be back!

Friend vacation
This was a perfect spot for visiting multiple cities. The house was clean and communication was clear. We just wish we could have gotten to the water. There was no access. The parking was a little bit of a struggle since we all drove separate. It served its purpose and we enjoyed our trip!
