Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced

I and my mother lived in this condo for almost four months, from March until the end of June, 2017. We were looking for a temporary accommodation in Vancouver area that would be close to the US border, so this White Rock property turned out to be what we needed. Within fully furnished two bedroom apartment offers this unit was reasonably priced. It was very clean and comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to grocery stores.

From the beginning till the end of our stay, whenever we needed to contact the owners, they were always polite and helpful and they did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I would return to this place if I need a temporary accommodation.

Not a pace we would return to

There is a 12 story building being constructed next door and the noise and dust meant we could not have the windows open. There is a cement pump truck blocking the street from Monday to Friday and an endless stream of cement trucks outside the unit. It is overpriced and when we asked to leave after 2 months for legitimate reasons, the owner refused to discuss it with us. The second bedroom can only sleep one comfortably.

It is a long walk down to the beach and the hill down is very steep.
