Cute, charming cottage with lots of room inside and out. 2 levels provide good separation while the Living Room provides a perfect gathering space for games, tv, reading, visiting, watching the fire.

Montgomery Lane, which Address Un-Gnome is situated on offers peace and quiet, a level walking surface, lots of opportunity to see local wildlife up close, the scent of wild roses, and lots of blackberries to pick in the summer.

The sunny, level 1/3 acre yard has a plush lawn surrounded by trees with room for frisbee, horseshoes, badminton, croquet...

plus 5 separate outdoor seating areas to spread out in, and a fire pit to gather 'round.

There is private beach access with steps leading to Crescent Beach right on Montgomery Lane, plus 2 more down the hill on Crescent Beach Road (you can walk or drive/park). It is 3 minute drive, or a 15 minute stroll across the beach to Eastsound - The Heart of Orcas Island.

Laundry facilities in the form of a nice sized stacking washer/dryer is tucked into to the corner. Great storage, plenty of linens. The upstairs bathroom is situated between the 2 upstairs bedrooms. It has good storage, a unique little dressing chair and a lovely view of the side courtyard out of the garden-style window. Linens are conveniently located in the closet directly across the hall.

  • Spacious main floor bedroom has a cozy window seat for reading, relaxing, or enjoying the pretty side-yard view. The Queen-sized bed is situated to take advantage of both the outdoor view, and the quaint fireplace that adds warmth and atmosphere. A comfortable chair and ottoman face the fireplace- a great place to relax. A dresser, large closet, and blanket chest provide ample storage. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, antique dresser, good sized closet, comfy rocking chair for reading or relaxing, a private balcony with filtered water view, and bistro-table for 2 - a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Bedroom 3 is fun! Chalkboard, magnetic door, tv/vcr for movies, lots of books and games, a walk in closet; 2 twin beds.

c. 30 days or less before arrival

2.c.i. 100% forfeiture of all monies paid. However, if we are able to rent out the days that you had reserved we will refund 90% of all funds that you had paid for those days.
