Oceanview condo extraordinaire. Pristine, with tremendous ocean views down the beach. South facing unit provides endless sunshine. Beautifully furnished with ample seating inside and on balcony. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen tv and private bath with walk in shower and raised toilet. Guest room is brightly decorated with twin beds and close proximity to second bathroom. 42 inch flat screen tv with DVD/VCR player. Cable tv included as well as wifi. Fully stocked open kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher. Luxury linens ,beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and toys available for your use.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Everything described is what you will find with this stay. The home is decorated with a welcoming feel and has all of the amenities you would need. The view from the patio is absolutely beautiful. What’s more is the private access right to the beach. The pool is very nice too. I hope to return again some day!

It is always wonderful to spend our family vacation at Hacienda del Sol 1. Our condo has a beautiful ocean view. Love the upgraded bathrooms.

Absolutely perfect family getaway
The pictures don’t do justice to the ocean views and sound we had here! It was wonderful. We didn’t want to stay in the tourist hustle and bustle and this was perfect! Very close driving to all “the tourist stuff” but when we wanted peace and quiet it was right at our door. The complex was fantastic for our family!

Perfect beach condo
This was was a wonderful condo. It truly had everything you could need for a week at the beach and we were very comfortable. Property is well kept. Nice pool and great view. Host responds quickly to messages. The only downside was that there was construction going on below us for a few days. Everything else was perfect!

My husband Sal and myself live in upstate New York about an hour south of Albany. I am a recently retired special education teacher and Sal was a union carpenter. We purchased the condo in May 2015 and hope to become snowbirds. Over the last 20 years we have traveled to Florida many times, usually staying in or around Orlando. We feel fortunate to have found Hacienda Del Sol, which is a small, friendly complex directly on the no drive beach. We are in the process of down sizing our New York home. We love the Hudson Valley, walk way over the Hudson River, and fall folliage, but, like most New Yorkers, are tired of the cold winters. If you would be interested in renting our home please contact us. Sorry no pets (only owners and 30 pound minimum) and no smoking in our unit (I am allergic).

Beautiful views, friendly people, small family oriented 50 unit complex. Total relaxation. This condo is a dream come true and a slice of heaven. We hope to enjoy it with our family and friends for years to come.

What makes this property unique

The view from the balcony is reward in itself. Watching the sun rise,enjoying that first cup of coffee, seeing dolphins swim or just sitting creates a peaceful feeling . It truly is "as good as it gets."
