Comfortable, two-bedroom, one-and-one-half bath cottage located at 41 Purple Road. Easy two-minute walk to beach and activities. Private dead-end street; safe for children.
The master bedroom has queen-size bed and cable TV.
There is a second bedroom that has two twin beds.
There is a queen-size sleep futon , 32' LCD TV with cable, and DVD player. There is also a sitting area in the sunroom with 2 twin size futons - great for reading or working on your laptop. Each futon converts to a standard twin bed.
The eat-in kitchen with butcher blocker counter/bar comes fully equipped with microwave, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. On-demand hot water - no short showers required!
There is a front porch and a 12x24 back deck overlooking private yard. The back deck is equipped with table and chairs, a canopy and brand new gas grill. A picnic table is located off the deck for additional seating. Enjoy toasted marshmallows and smores by the firepit.
This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.
Point Sebago is a 775-acre resort on New England's second largest lake and is rated among the best outdoor family vacation spots in the Northeast. Enjoy tennis courts, basketball, salmon and bass fishing, miniature golf, rock wall climbing, horseshoes, corn hole, shuffleboard, a family restaurant, hourly children and adult activities, 300-seat Sebago Lounge Nightclub, adults only Terrace Room, boutique, and children's and adult programs throughout the day.
Relax on nearly a mile of gorgeous manicured beach, rent a boat, kayak, or canoe from their full-service marina. Spend happy hour at the full-service lounge or at the tiki bar, or dine in the Lakeside restaurant. The golfer in the family can enjoy the scenic 18-hole championship golf course.
