This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, outdoor shower with dress area, beach cottage is located at 246 Ocean Blvd W, just west of the beach access bridge. It is close to local restaurants and entertainment. One of it's many great features is that the cottage is only 50 feet away from it's own private beach access/boardwalk!
The cottage is privately cleaned/inspected/maintained to the owner's standards by the owner and/or owner's private vendor.
Breath taking views of the ocean can be seen from the covered front porch, sun deck, living and dining areas, as well as both boulevard side bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for all your cooking and dining needs.
Part of the home's remodeling began in 2010 and completed in 2014. However, updates are continuing to be made throughout the beach cottage! Ceramic tile flooring and upgraded lighting were added throughout the home's open floor plan, which includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen appliances were upgraded to stainless steel and new furniture was purchased for the living area. New mattresses were also purchased for all of the beds. New solid wooden rockers await you on the covered front porch and covered back porch. Updated décor has been placed throughout the home for a fresh, inviting, and classical coastal design, making you feel at ease in this vacation rental cottage.
Additional features include, but are not limited to, new pillows, new mattress covers, 3 TVs, dvd players, washer & dryer, sundeck, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, downstairs grilling area with wooden rockers, water hose, as well as books and magazines for pleasure reading.
Our family has been going to Holden Beach since the very beginning! To date, six generations of our family have been enjoying the wonderful and unique features of Holden Beach and the surrounding area of Supply. Our family was a founder of the Holden Beach Chapel, built in 1961. Our family helped to start the Holden Beach Chapel, along with Lonnie Small and many others.

Traveled in this area our whole life. For years, we have spent our weekends and summers at Holden Beach, enjoying local amenities. We remember when there wasn't much other to do than enjoy the beach, find seashells, as well as ride golf carts and jeeps throughout the island. Back then seashells covered the shore, in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors.
It's close proximity to the beach's entrance bridge and causeway. The uniquely spacious lot and nearby *beach access* is just 50 feet away, beside 247 Ocean Blvd W (this is the cottage in front of ours). The breathtaking ocean view can be seen from various parts inside and outside of the home.
this the second time we have stayed with you and it was as pleasant as last time. The only think that was an issue was that the out side shower was not working. We still had fun though.
We had a great time staying at Another Day in Paradise. Jane was wonderful to work with. The amenities she offered fit our needs perfectly. The view to the ocean was beautiful and the beach access was close to the house. Our only regret was not staying a few more days! We hope to come back again soon.
This place has everything that a family needs without having to take anything at all. Loved the location and how close it is to the beach.
Had about 15 guests over for Thanksgiving and the house fit us all perfect with plenty of seating room. We very much enjoyed the house. Will look to stay again in the future.
My first impression was that the house felt very welcoming. Although it's not on the beach, there's an access right across the street and it's right down the street from a few restaurants. I'd love to stay here again.
We had a great time. Has about everything you need. Will return!

Cancellation Policy: Stated in our Vacation Rental Agreement.
Check In Policy: Check in is at 4:00pm.
Check Out Policy: Check out is at 10:00am. The property must be vacated by 10:00am sharp on check out day or guests will be subject to a late check out fee.
Check In and Check Out times must be strictly enforced in order for our staff to throughly complete the Departure Inspection & Cleaning. This also allows us adequate time to ensure the cottage is in good condition for each and every vacation at 'Another Day In Paradise'.We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Availability is subject to change until reservation is confirmed by payment received.
Total Rent Due: Will be calculated by adding the total rental rate for all nights, tax, departure cleaning fee, 3rd party non-refundable property damage protection fee or refundable damage deposit, and any other applicable fees.
Initial Rental Payment: To secure your reservation 50% of the 'Total Rent Due' must be paid. This, initial payment is due at time of booking.
Final Rental Payment: The remaining balance of the 'Total Rent Due' must be paid at least 45 days prior to your check-in date.
Last Minute Reservations: We are happy to accept last minute travelers and tourists! Please note that reservations made 45 days or less before arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
