Super clean apartment. Unit is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Fully furnished kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Queen sized bed in the bedroom with plenty of closet space. Your home away from home.

Our 3 unit building is located near SE 17th Street and Andrews Avenue. Close to 17th street shopping and restaurants and just a short walk from Broward Medical Center. Near Port Everglades and Marine Schools. Minutes from the beach. Near to bus/shuttle routes. Short walk to Croissant Park.

Rent includes cable TV, WiFi and all utilities. There is a sales/Hotel tax added to the rent. There are shared laundry facilities and an outdoor sitting/dinig area with a BBQ grill.

We offer discounts for weekly stays and stays over 28 days and longer. We also offer a summer seasonal discount

Points positifs : quartier résidentiel paisible, trajet d’environ 15 minutes en auto pour aller à la plage, un supermarché à environ 1 km, cour arrière toujours libre. Points négatifs: L’appartement n’était pas celui que nous avions réservé. Le propriétaire s’est excusé de ne pas nous avoir informé du changement et a offert un remboursement complet mais pas un dédommagement. Comme nous avions parcouru 2700 km et qu’il serait difficile de trouver un autre appartement adéquat pour une occupation immédiate, il savait bien que nous étions coincés. À première vue, l’appartement semblait propre mais le ménage n’avait été fait qu’en surface, il a fallu faire un bon nettoyage. Nous avons dû acheter des napperons, des linges pour essuyer la vaisselle et des mitaines de four.

Why they chose this property

The property is close to everything. Bus/Shuttle stops only a block away will take you to most destinations in the area. There is a new Whole Foods market only a few blocks away. Our building is in a quiet neighborhood.
