HOUSE RULES
- Minimum age restriction is 23 years.
- No Loud Music and Respect Noise after 10pm
- STRICTLY No parties or large gatherings, No bucks or hen and No Schoolies - Hosting parties result in the immediate loss of bond.
- Any damage to Property will result in guests forfeiting a part of the bond to pay for repairs or replacement of equipment or furniture
- The Max Number guests allowed on premises is 11. If more than 11 guests are found to be present after 10pm we will terminate the lease effective immediately
- The guest making the reservation must be staying at the property
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided for 11 guest only, No beach towels are provided
- Children under the age of 2 do not count towards the maximum occupancy, as long as they are sleeping in a porta cot. We do not provide linen/towels for porta cots.
- Please advise us if you’re bringing a Pet
- Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding and please remember to pickup any poo in the backyard before you leave. A pet cleaning fee will be charged if any fur is found on throws, bedding or furniture.
- Please put Garbage Bins out on the kerb on Sunday Morning
- Any excess rubbish that does not fit in the provided bins must be taken with you when you leave otherwise there will be a fee for its removal
- Do not move any Large furniture in the house, a fee will be charged if this occurs
- Strictly no tents or caravans are permitted on the property
- Please be respectful of our home, personal items and neighbours
- The Studio in the backyard is vacant at all times and is not available for guest use…The Garage is also Not available for Holiday letting purposes
- There is parking available in the driveway for 2-4 cars

This house is offered to family oriented guests seeking a quiet escape who will respect the surrounding tranquillity of this and neighbouring properties.

Noise is to be kept to a minimum. The house is in a quiet & peaceful location.
