About this property

Private Garden Guest House with separate entrance near FSU, downtown and TMH

Our home is located on a quiet neighborhood in the middle of downtown Midtown Tallahassee. This separate guest quarters has it’s own patio which overlooks our swimming pool. We are 3 miles from FSU Campus and only 1/4 mile from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. We are less than 1 mile from Governors Square Mall and just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. Your room has a queen size bed with a mini-fridge for drinks along with a Keurig pot for coffee and tea. Our whole house has a soft water system which also removes chlorine. We are Superhosts with Airbnb and want to extend that level of service to you through HomeAway/VRBO.

A touch of Paradise
My wife and I were in town for a high school reunion. We spent two nights. The grounds were so nice with all the flowers and the songbirds were so enjoyable. The pool was inviting even though we didn't have time to enjoy. The apartment being in the back is well lighted and easy to get too. The room was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is centrally located to the city and is very quiet as well as SAFE. We would definitely stay with Jackie and Sean again.

Little piece of paradise
It was beautiful!! The outside garden space was so lovely, then you go inside it was beautiful!!! Looked like it was brand new, everything was so clean, bedding and towels were top of the line and decor was so cute. The hosts were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!!
