Comfort, convenience, and safety!

SO happy with this choice for SLC. So much to do downtown, and easy to get to skiing. We have previously stayed at Canyons Resort and slope side in Park City...but this was by FAR the best choice yet! Much more room and more activities to enjoy in downtown, but still easy to go skiing. Thanks Jon for sharing your property with my family! Luke G

Location Location Location!!!!!

This is a very nice property and very convenient to the meetings we had for a few days at SLC Hardware building up the street. Very comfortable beds and well stocked.

It was a bit of a drill (my issue) to figure out which building we were in because the numbers aren't on the building, and it didn't help that it was 103 outside either.

We are in SLC 4 times a year and I think I found our home away because of the location.

Very quite building and enjoyed the bluegrass band that was playing in the square below us while sitting on the balcony.

Excellent choice!

My colleague and I stayed here on a recent business trip and really enjoyed the condo. It is very well equipped and very comfortable. It is easy to access from anywhere in Salt Lake City, and within walking distance to everything you may want or need. We would love to stay here next year when we are back in Salt Lake City.

Don't know because we weren't allowed on the property with our service dog

Owners refused to let my service dog on the property. He told us we should Board my service dog if we wanted to stay there.

Owner's Response: Our goal is to make every renter's stay as comfortable as possible. However we do have some strict rules for our condo like no smoking and no animals. This particular renter was deceptive in their inquiry and never said they would be bringing any kind of animal. They knew that we had a no animal policy yet waited until the day of check when they were actually checking in to inform us that they had a dog. They provided no documentation that the dog was a service animal as well. Had we known, we would have asked them to consider another place before accepting their reservation.
