Two Bedroom, Two Bath, Caring Owners

In May 2015 I took full ownership of this unit that has been in my family for more than 30 years. It is directly across the street from Kam III beach...with the lanai facing the beautiful Kamaole Sands Gardens...and a great view of the beach.

This is a 2 Bedroom + 2 Bath condo that sleeps up to 4 adults 2 small children. It is a ground floor unit in the very desirable (because of its proximity to the beach) Building 10 of Kamaole Sands. As an end unit, it is very quiet.

Kam III is the perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, whale watching (in season) and, of course...the amazing Maui sunset.

Everything you need to enjoy your stay is available. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers...and even a 50 inch TV. The unit has its own wifi. Washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher, microwave, blender...everything you need.

Water toys can be rented at several places close by, Aloha Concierge at the complex pool, Boss Frogs, Maui Dreams dive shop and the Surf Spot across from the cove.

Update May 2016 - We just added a new sectional in the living area, a new dining room set, and a few new art objects as well....

Update March 2017 - We just added a companion property two floors above, VRBO 1028050

Caution - The outside of Building 10 at Kam Sands is being prepped and painted from Sep 18 through Nov 24, 2017. There will be some inconvenience - particularly from Oct 16-Nov 24 while the lanai side is worked on.
