3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious lake front property

The breathtaking view starts when you pull into the driveway! With this house its all about the view. Each and every room has a spectacular view of the lake. As you enter the main level you will find the view equally amazing from the kitchen to the living room and from the couch to the kitchen table. Once you are upstairs in the master suite you see the view is just as spectacular from the balcony as it is from the bed. Even the two downstairs bedrooms have a pristine view of the water. If sitting outside on the deck is your thing then this is the place for you! There are decks on every level for your enjoyment. The deck even leads all the way down to the shoreline. This property is located on the main channel of the Cumberland River and not allowed a dock permit. We do have dock access on the bay side of the street, it just 75 yards from the front door.


No more than 2 pets are allowed. There is a $50 fee for each pet.

 There is room for 2-3 cars in the driveway. There is plenty of room for over flow parking, just let me know and I’ll show you where it is.

 The top of the “tower” is not accessible; it is for looks only.

 There is cable tv in the living room on the main floor only.

 Free wifi is available (belken unprotected).

 The entry or “main” floor has no bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs on the 1st floor and the 2 guests bedrooms are on the 3rd floor (basement).

 There is a full bath on the 1st and 3rd floor (basement). The main floor has a half bath.

 There is a washer and dryer in the basement bathroom.

 ALL your linens are provided. I always recommend bringing your pillow for your comfort.

 The kitchen has basic pots and pans and utensils for your general cooking needs.

 There is a full size fridge and freezer in the kitchen.

 The neighborhood is located on a dead end street and is usually very quiet.

 Our neighbors’ kids play in the street so please drive with caution.

 The grill is propane and the propane is provided. Bring a lighter as ours tend to walk off.

 The outdoor grill is not cleaned by the cleaning staff, please clean up after yourself. Also, please

excuse the last guest for not listening to the first part of this statement.

 The steps on the deck will lead you all the way to the shoreline.

 The water is gently sloping and you can swim from the shore.

 The bottom of the lake is rocky and semi-muddy. I recommend wearing lake shoes.

 Yes, you can fish from the shoreline. KY fish and game laws apply.

 Yes, you can use my COVERED DOCK at the end of the street.

 Everyone is welcome to come to the end of the street and use my lot on the point. I do ask that you respect our privacy.

 I have 3 yellow Labradors (dogs). They will bark and are MOSTLY friendly. Like humans they do have bad days. Daisy is getting old and likes to be rubbed but very gently as she has bad hips and gets crabby if you push, pull, ride, hug, pick up, or lay on her. Lilly barks a lot, ignore her and she will ignore you; she is scared of strangers and the more you call or whistle at her the more she will bark. Ivy is young and loves everyone especially kids. NONE of the 3 are allowed to leave the property. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take them on the boat with you without letting me know. If you tell them NO and mean it they will listen to you.

 We now have 2 pontoons available for rent. One is an older 22' "Suncruiser" pontoon with an 115hp Evinrude motor and rents for $200 daily including the first tank of fuel. The newer pontoon is a 20' "Crest" with a 60hp Mercury 4 stroke engine and rents for $250 daily including one tank of fuel.Both are shared among all of our rental houses and I do recommend you reserve in advance. The pontoons are always docked at our COVERED dock. Once I have given you safety instructions you are allowed to use the boat from sunrise to sunset. NO night use. If you are out after dark I will assume you are missing and emergence personnel will be notified.

 I always recommend you bring your food with you. Our grocery stores are no comparison to the stores most are used to in the city.

I am (almost) always available by phone or email. Our cell service isn’t always the best so please leave a voicemail if I do not answer.

We do have 2 kayaks available for your use.
