Newly and fully updated, with hardwood floors throughout, this true ski-in/ski-out, 3 bedroom/3 bath home looks out onto the gondola right in the heart of all the shopping and dining at Mammoth's world famous Village. The perfect place to spend your Mammoth Vacation, you'll enjoy the extra square footage this oversized end unit has to offer. The private deck sits just above The Village “square”, with a perfect view of the main stage- site of live entertainment and special events year-round. The unit accommodates up to 10 people, with a King bed in the master bedroom, a King bed in the second bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds (Full on top and Full on bottom) in the 3rd bedroom, and a top quality Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Internet connected Samsung smart TVs highlight every room, and the living room and master bedroom also offer smart DVD/Blu-ray players. Unit #2230 boasts a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel Fisher-Paykel appliances throughout. There is plenty of seating for meals, with a dining table that seats 6 and 4 bar stools at the center kitchen island. After a long day on the mountain, you'll enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room, outfitted with 2 full size Restoration Hardware leather sofas (only one of the two couches is a sleeper sofa) and matched leather chair with ottoman. The thermostat-controlled, gas fireplace will keep you warm while you enjoy TV/movies on the 55” Samsung smart TV. Parking for 1 car is provided by The Village in the heated, underground parking garage. Additional cars can be parked in a paid lot across the street, or if The Village is not near maximum capacity, you can go to the Front Desk at the Grand Sierra Lodge, and ask them for a 2nd or 3rd parking pass - please note that these additional passes cannot be guaranteed.

Great 3-Bedroom Condo at The Village!
This property was fantastic for my family and we would certainly like to stay here again. The corner unit is very big and great for big families. It was fun being able to people watch from the balcony as the condo overlooks the Village Gondola. 10/10 would recommend.

Stunning Location in the Heart of Mammoth Village
I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo during Thanksgiving week. The spaciousness and beauty of the condo surpassed my expectations. Plus, being able to easily access the slopes for skiing added an extra layer of fun and convenience to our stay. Watching the tree lighting event from the comfort of the condo was truly magical. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic Mammoth getaway!

My family and I did a short trip to Mammoth. The condo had 3 bedrooms with one room with 2 bunk beds. Overlooking the village. Great location with plenty of food option. They offer free buses and trolley's around town, bike park and lakes. We had a great time and the condo was perfect.
