On Top Of The World, Views Of Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park

This large 1 bedroom has views of Flathead Lake and surrounding mountains. It is finished into two quality suites, this upper one has granite counter tops, a jack and jill bathroom, views that will take your breath away. The bedroom has a king bed set and we also have a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is furnished plus there is a washer, dryer, wireless internet, satellite, big screen tv, A/C and more. Please bring your fire stick so you can watch all your favorite shows. Close to Glacier International Airport, Whitefish Mountain, and Blacktail Ski Resorts. Foys Lake is a 4 minute drive, Flathead Lake is 15 minutes away and downtown is all of 8 minutes. We are surrounded by some of the best fishing lakes and rivers in all the North West. Perfect for a honeymoon get away, shopping, golfing, theaters, and dinning.

We live in the house and are here if needed but fairly invisible if not as our living space is on the far side of house from the barn.

We really enjoyed our 6-night stay here. Very comfortable, super clean, beautiful quiet location with wonderful views. Our hosts obviously take care to make sure their guests have a great experience. If you're visiting Glacier National Park, it's a bit of a drive (45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic and construction) but we wanted to stay someplace quiet where we weren't surrounded by hordes of people. This was perfect.

Beautiful scenery and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the area was very serene. Be sure to take your fire stick because no tv service which she told us in advance but I forgot. Didn’t bother me but my husband likes to watch tv. Gina was very helpful with any questions

I am world traveled and was looking for the "Last Best Place". Kalispell fit the bill, being a smallish community (20,000 in Kalispell and 90,000 in the valley) amidst wild nature. That's right, we have not cut down all our trees or paved over our surfaces. We still have to watch out for bears when hiking (or gardening!) and dodge deer while driving. The trick now is to manage growth while preserving native habitats.

Why they chose this property

Every activity we ever wanted to do we have here, boating, flying, skiing, kayaking, hiking, biking, etc. The Flathead Valley is really an incredible place to be plus the residents are really friendly.

What makes this property unique

Our home is above the fog line meaning we get many, many more days of sunlight than do people in the valley.
