A charming rural oasis, this beautifully appointed farmhouse is designed for comfort. Easily accessible from Toronto (The GTA), Kingston, Ottawa and Montreal. Just minutes from the quaint village of Wellington, everything is within easy reach. Take a scenic drive through the rolling hills of The County and stop at local wineries (Karlo Estates Winery across the road), restaurants, orchards, local sights such as "Lake on the Mountain" and antique shops along the way.

For a day at the beach, visit the famous dunes and long stretches of white, sandy beaches at Sandbanks provincial park, which is only a 30 minute drive from the farmhouse. A day pass is provided for your enjoyment! For the more active guests, bring or rent a bicycle and traverse the historic Millennium Trail bike/walking path. And at the end of your day, feel free to relax on one of the two porches at the farmhouse to watch the sunset with a fine glass of local wine. Absolutely everything you could want is within easy reach for a relaxing and fun retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy!

Refundable Damage Deposit C$500

Cancellation policy: If the farmhouse reservation must be cancelled less than two weeks in advance of the first rental date, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

If reservation is cancelled with more than two week's notice, there will be a $250 cancellation fee.

50% of rental payment required at time of booking. Balance due two weeks prior to first day of rental. Based on successful e-transfer of required funds, further details on accessing the property will be provided.

Check-in shall be 4 p.m. on the first rental date and by 11 a.m. on the last rental day.

Beds come equipped with sheets, pillow cases, blankets, duvets, throw pillows and throw blankets. Renters provide their own hair and body products and paper products.

Day pass to Sandbanks Provincial Park included in rental fee.

Karlo Estates Winery across the road has generously offered our renters free tasting in their popular tasting room. We encourage you to take advantage of this County hot-spot!
