Great Location

  • 5 of 5

This house is perfect for a group. It is spotless and roomy. Great sun room and back yard. The owner was available to answer any questions. Perfect location downtown and close to everything. Would definitely stay again. The only hassle is the parking which is a problem in most of Annapolis.

Look no further!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed with my family and enjoyed all the comforts of home in a great location..... this home is central to everything Annapolis has to offer, and is literally just steps away from the USNA and waterfront restaurants. Susan quickly responded to every inquiry, and she was a fantastic host. Every need was taken care of. I will be staying here again when I return to Annapolis.

The house was perfect for our stay.

  • 5 of 5

The house fit my family perfectly for our stay for my brothers wedding. It was in the perfect location for us to walk around town easily and for us to walk around the Naval Academy. We really enjoyed the charm of the house and couldn’t have been happier. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who plans a trip to the Annapolis!

The location is perfect the house is okay

  • 3 of 5

As far as the location was concerned you couldn't beat it. It was great other than that the house itself was okay. The rooms are clean the bedding is comfortable. The kitchen was a nightmare the pots and pans were a disgrace and since we were a family of 10 we were doing a lot of cooking and it wasn't easy. We were informed the morning we moved in that one of the showers are broken so we had two showers between 10 people. Not so good. The door knob fell off in one of the bathrooms and someone got stuck in there but we did manage to get them out. But we are a fun group and we had a blast. In the pictures the yard appears to be big it is not it is very tiny and the grill was filthy

Absolutely a great place and location

  • 5 of 5

The location is absolutely perfect and the house has plenty of room and charm for a group. We had a fantastic time despite the frigid cold week. The owners have supplied everything you need for a great get away. Here are my recommendations that are very small to further enhance the experience... The house uses baseboard heat which is very dry. If you visit, take a humidifier or two. The quaint downstairs phone rings at random points during the day. Maybe just old visitors saying hi. Was a bit weird but sort of cool. Two ply tp would be much appreciated by us sensitive folks. But again, just small stuff. We had a great time at this amazing house.
