Absolutely a great place and location

  • 5 of 5

The location is absolutely perfect and the house has plenty of room and charm for a group. We had a fantastic time despite the frigid cold week. The owners have supplied everything you need for a great get away. Here are my recommendations that are very small to further enhance the experience... The house uses baseboard heat which is very dry. If you visit, take a humidifier or two. The quaint downstairs phone rings at random points during the day. Maybe just old visitors saying hi. Was a bit weird but sort of cool. Two ply tp would be much appreciated by us sensitive folks. But again, just small stuff. We had a great time at this amazing house.

Incredible stay in Downtown Annapolis!

  • 5 of 5

I am so happy that I booked this house for my recent stay in Annapolis! I was in town with a group of friends for a wedding at the Naval Academy, and we were looking for something convenient to both the Academy and the downtown bars and restaurants. This house fit the bill perfectly! It was only a few blocks from Main Street, which meant that it was far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to allow for walking.

The house itself was beautiful and inviting, filled with both historic charm and modern amenities. We had a group of 8 (3 couples, 2 singles) and had plenty of space; we never felt like we were crowded or on top of each other. Additionally, little touches (such as discounted parking and toiletries baskets in each bedroom) were unexpected, but greatly appreciated!

All in all, I would absolutely stay here again, and definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy what Annapolis has to offer!

Great stay at a beautiful home

  • 4 of 5

Very nice stately older home in downtown Annapolis. Was attending a wedding and we needed a big house for all my family to stay in. The home is nicely furnished and there is plenty of space or rooms to relax and get some space. Parking is a challenge in the neighborhood, but there is a parking garage just a few blocks away. Would happily stay here again.

Could not ask for a better location!

  • 5 of 5

This home has so much character and is amazingly and conveniently located near great eateries and all of the major sightseeing attractions in historic Annapolis. Must be able to handle stairs, as bedrooms are on the second and third floors. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio for coffee or a glass of wine. Truly a good choice for a larger group of friends or family!
