Stainless steel appliances, a double oven range, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, dishes, etc. and washer and dryer. Huge deck overlooking the river with outdoor furniture including a propane fire pit/table, propane BBQ, this a beautifully landscaped property.

Oasis on the river
We couldn’t have found a better place for a family get-a-way! The house was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone with a large kitchen and living room. Loved spending time on the large back deck. The property is stunning! Beautifully landscaped with easy access to the Blackfoot river. My niece had a great time fishing and my dogs loved wading in the river. We had such an enjoyable stay and made a memory that will last a lifetime.

Gorgeous property
This rental went above and beyond our expectations. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The landscaping was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed sitting down by the river watching folks drift by on their tubes and rafts. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Missoula area.

We bought this property because it has scenic beauty, rural privacy, paved access, raft home convenience and yet you are only 7 miles from the University of Montana Campus and the city of Missoula's restaurants, malls, etc... and 20 minutes to the airport.
