Your home away from home is a cute self contained suite, with your own entrance, in a historic house & garden in a lovely inner city older district of Calgary. 1 block from the river, walk to downtown via parks & tree lined streets. C train stop to city or university 5 mins away. Funky Kensington is very close with all amenities- coffee culture - cafes, eateries, pubs ,health food store, supermarket, wine shops.

Hi..I love art & I love to travel.. this photo is in London outside the Royal Academy.

I am originally from Australia but have lived in Calgary for 40 years on & off - travel in between! My kids have grown & flown but both were brought up in the house.

I love the garden & the atmosphere of my home.. it has a charm all its own!

To stay in this house is to feel at home. You are central to all Calgary has to offer but also just 50 min drive from the mountain playground of the Rockies.

Walk, bike, enjoy the local sights and sounds.. though you are inner city you can still hear the birds!

What makes this house unique

Your suite is cute & cosy and has all you need for your stay. Extended stay guests can enjoy the garden, back deck and BBQ.

Don't hassle with Calgary driving & parking.. being so close to everything you can walk everywhere or jump on the C train for those venues a bit further afield.

Good place to stay.

Thanks for a pleasant stay for more than a fortnight. Only 5 mins walk to the C train station & Safeway, the location is central to several places visitors to Calgary would need to be and to see. Owner dedicated and prompt to attend to any problem that could jeopardise the comfort of our stay.

Love the private entry and the privacy. Would recommend.

Very pleasant stay. Clear energy. 1-Block from River walks and downtown

Tina was very accommodating and the quarters were clean, well stocked, with clear and positive energy. I was on a business agenda and appreciated the private entry/exit, good internet, and quiet space to work. When work was completed, I enjoyed walks along the Bow River walkway system designed to easily fit a variety of active life styles. I will be pleased to stay again upon my return to the beautiful city of Calgary.

Excellent stay

The place is cozy, equipped with all amenities, clean and very close to downtown. Excellent place to stay for new comers and visitors working in downtown. It is near to C train station, grocery shops, coffee shops and walking trail alongside Bow river. The landlord is a cooperating and sweet lady. We were lucky to have this offer before we landed in Calgary as new visitors. She offered us a free car parking, Wifi and cable TV also.

Hostess Tina was more than accomodating, very friendly and welcoming.

Great location, just a minute walk to the Bow River downtown.

Very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend.
