Welcome to our Miramar Beach Family Adventure. Our newly renovated town-home will be a
comfortable get away for you and your family. Located in a quiet neighborhood 3
blocks from the public beach, this town-home is fully furnished and ready for
you to enjoy.
UPSTAIRS:
Master bedroom: King bed, 32' LED HDTV with cable, private balcony, private bathroom
Second bedroom: Queen bed and twin XL bunk beds, 25' HDTV with cable, private
bathroom with jetted tub
FIRST FLOOR:
Kitchen/Dining Room: fully-equipped kitchen including refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dining table with 6 chairs and breakfast bar with 4 stools

Living room: Couch with queen-sized pull-out bed, 39' LED HDTV with cable and
DVD player, stereo system, a screened patio
Also includes: Full-size Washer and Dryer and 1/2 bathroom on first floor
Beach Service: Beach service included in rates for renting March - October, 2 chairs and one umbrella.

Good spot
Very clean. Safe neighborhood. Clean pool area. Easy walk to beach and local food/shops. It’s definitely a busy location for Spring Break so it’s nice to be able to walk and avoid having to drive in traffic.

Family vacay
This place was so spacious and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. We parked our van early in the morning at the Pompano Joe’s lot, walked back to get the kids and headed to the beach. We will definitely come back!

Another great stay!
This was our 3rd year at the Dowd's place, and it was exactly what we expected - very clean, well-equipped, with so many thoughtful touches. We love this place. We know what to expect and it perfectly meets and exceeds our needs. Very roomy, comfortable beds, plenty of supplies, sparkly clean, very quiet, and the beach service is wonderful! The pool is very convenient and never crowded. Of all the beach condos we've rented over the years, this is by far our favorite. I can't think of anything that could be improved. We will be back!

Perfect Vacation!
My husband and I stayed for a week here with our two boys (8 and 11). This was our first time in the Destin area and it could not have been better. Excellent location and easy walk to the beach. The house was better than the pictures and was immaculately clean. There is an outdoor shower a few steps from the screened-in back porch, which was perfect for rinsing off the sand and letting things dry after long days at the beach. Everything was exactly as described or better. Also great communication. Thank you, Karla! We plan to return next year!

After vacationing in Destin a few times we decided it was time for a place of our own. This is the perfect spot for us. We have totally renovated and redecorated this property ourselves. So it means a lot to us and we love to have others enjoy it.

What makes this property unique

We believe you will love the spaciousness and comfort of our town-home. It is a great place to relax and enjoy time with family. The Beach Service is a benefit we enjoy and like to share. Mid-March - October 2 chairs and one umbrella are provided daily, weather permitting. This is included in your rates and is not offered by many owners.
