Don't wait to take a weekend or longer at this breathtaking getaway. This beautiful home is only 200 feet from the water with two private boat docks! Fully Furnished, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bath. Comes with everything you would need in a home away from home. Towels, multiple bedding sets, extra blankets, washer/dryer, and all kitchen necessities. Very nice quiet gated community with only 5 homes. This house is approx. 1536 sq ft.
The private dock allows easy access to tie up your boat on the Colorado River after fishing or boating. Beautiful place to relax or have fun! You will be amazed!

Please message me with any questions you might have and I would love to help you! We have been in Parker for over 30 years and know mostly everything about the area.

Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing and hiking/biking trails nearby.

Nice little getaway
Loved my time here. The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The beds were also really comfortable! My only suggestion to those considering coming here is to bring some sort of bug repellent as there are a lot of them outside due to the lake being right next to the house. Other than that, I highly recommend it here!!

We live in California. We have 3 children and two grandchildren. We have very busy lives and love to get away when we can. This is a peaceful get away for us to enjoy our kids and family. We have lots of family members that come to location nearby. We just love it here.

Why they chose this property

It's beautiful, peaceful, and a home away from home. We have been coming here for over 30 years with family. We have made many cherished memories for our kids and our whole family.

What makes this property unique

We have been coming here for over 30 years. This was once a park with 18 trailers in it of which our family owned 3 of them. In 2005 it was converted into 5 homes privately owned. It is away from all the business of up river. It is quiet yet if you want it can be busy and fun. It is what you make it.
