Second Bedroom is a converted den; 2 twin beds, closet, sliding panel doors, & full bath, TWO spacious DIRECT OCEAN terraces, Kitchenette (2-range stove, convection microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, sink, Nespresso), walk-through Master Closet + Tranquil Master Bath w/ double vanity + Rain shower. Private Wi-Fi, Valet Parking. 12th floor CENTER HOTEL TOWER across from famous Bal Harbour Shoppes!

1 bedroom + den w/ King Bed + 2 twin beds + Queen Sofa Bed + twin rollaway + crib AND 2-Bathrooms. Second Bedroom is a converted den; 2 twin beds, closet, sliding panel doors, & full bath). We moved the leather sectional sofa bed into the living room. So now this suite can fit up to 7 people and a baby! TWO spacious DIRECT OCEAN terraces, 6-person dining table and Kitchenette (2-range stove, convection microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, sink, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso, stocked with appliances and utensils), walk-through Master Closet + Tranquil Master Bath w/ double vanity + Rain shower. This apartment is the largest of the suites available. The master bath has a double shower with two Rain cloud shower heads and two hand held shower heads. The walk-in closet which connects the master bedroom with the master bathroom is 12 feet long for plenty of space for your clothes. The -02 and -01 lines have only one shower in the master bath and only 6 feet of closet storage space. The den in this unit is also much larger as well. You will have all of the same access to the all amenities and free valet parking. A panel next to your bed controls everything. Private Wi-Fi, Valet Parking.

IMPORTANT: You MUST request the sofa bed, rollaway bed and/or crib upon booking for an extra charge - please confirm details directly by message.

Situated on the 12th floor of the south side in the central tower, the suite has plenty of sunlight so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or just lounge around with an ocean view on your own private terrace! This is the HIGHEST FLOOR privately owned Atlantic Suite in the entire building. You have this gorgeous ocean view but even the downtown Miami city view can't be overlooked. I've also been told we're one of the cleanest suits in the building. But feel free to compare and message with any questions! LOCATED on the 12th floor in the CENTER HOTEL TOWER across from the world famous BAL HARBOUR SHOPPES! The ultimate in ocean front luxury!

You will be officially registered as guests of the suite and have access to all the same amenities as guests of the hotel. You may not charge anything to the room. Everything must be paid directly to the restaurant, spa, etc. Housekeeping is NOT included. This may be arranged directly with the host for an additional charge of around $250+ per cleaning, depending on scope of work (you may request laundry and dry cleaning as well). DO NOT THROW LINENS OR TOWELS DOWN THE LINEN CHUTE - you will be charged for each item and we do inventory after every guest! Room service is technically not available but I hear they will do it with a $$ service charge.

Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. Please let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings at a charge of around $250+ per cleaning (depending on scope of work) payable directly to the housekeeper.

The Village of Bal Harbour charges an additional 4% sales tax which is reflected in the community fee. VRBO collects the 7% state sales tax and we pay the 4% village tax directly every month.

OUR CLEANING PROCEDURES:
Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, our cleaning staff was meticulous in keeping our suite sanitized and clean for our guests by washing towels and sheets in an off-site commercial grade laundromat where they could even iron press the sheets to perfection. We professionally steam clean our carpets and fabrics every 90 days, perform vent (airway duct) cleanings every two years, and always use MERV13 AC filters (they work against viruses)! We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and enjoy your time in our wonderful property. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do to address any concerns.

Love the stay, great apartment, high end building, good area.
Often visitor to Miami, but first time in Bal Harbour. Loved the area, building, and the apartment. Great access to the beach and kids loved the pool. Quality restaurants for lunch and dinner. Best Mojitos at the pool bar. Great reception - cafe area with complimentary coffee to get work done in the mornings. Definitely coming back!

Wonderful Family Vacation at St Regis Bal Harbour
Perfect apartment / suite for a family of four. Suite has an efficient layout with spacious bedrooms and living space. Kitchenette was a bonus for breakfast or a snack before dinner. Spectacular views from both balconies. Liz is exceptionally responsive and was a fantastic resource for questions we had regarding the resort. St Regis property is outstanding. We will be back.
