Gorgeous House!

We stayed her for a week and it was the perfect house to share with our family of 6. Great large kitchen to cook dinners and we used the hot tub every morning & evening before heading out to the Beach Club Beach! The view from the pool is over the golf course & we saw the wild goats daily!

Very nice but needs routine maintenance

Very nice house, well equipped, good location. We did have several maintenance issues. First, the pool was very dirty when we arrived. We found the pool net around the corner of the house, and used that to get out the larger pieces of debris. We also found an automatic pool sweep, installed it, and got it running. Second, when we tried to turn on the spa one day, it was not functional, no heat, no jets. That turned out to be a tripped circuit breaker, so it was an easy fix once the cause of the problem was determined. Third, the shower handle in the middle bathroom was broken, it turned around but released no water. It took about a day to get someone to look at it, then we found a note saying they would have to order a part. We called again and they were able to fix it the following day (2 days after reporting it). Fourth, the garage door broke, a cable was sprung and it got off track. With the door closed, both of our rental cars were stuck in the garage for about a day and a half, so that was disrupting to our plans. Then someone came and helped us get the door open, and our cars were freed, so we just didn't use the garage the rest of the trip. The door was still broken when we checked out 6 days later. Fifth, one day the air conditioner didn't work, the thermostat said "replace batteries". It was a fluke that we happened to have some extra triple A batteries, so we installed them and got the air back on. The office staff were very nice about these problems and did the best they could to resolve them. But for a rental this expensive, it was a little aggravating to run into so many issues.

This a beautiful, new home with high quality furniture and all the amenities you could want. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. The only drawbacks... There is quite a bit of construction next door and the bed sheets are not super soft.
