Beautiful 2 bedroom with a master suite. Lots of character and luxury details.

Our rustic modern luxury home is the perfect retreat. It's a stunning home with lots of character and fun details. Exposed brick, vaulted ceilings w beams and skylights, gorgeous kitchen, bathroom and living space- All in a fabulous neighborhood.

Located in South Philly near East Passyunk and steps from Public Transportation, This space is perfect for a family or 3 couples. Includes 2 bedrooms: 1 with luxury king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a luxury double bed. We also have a couch in the living room that pulls out to a double bed. It's bright and modern with tall ceilings. Single beautiful bathroom with European style wet shower, so yes- splash around, everything is waterproof and endless hot water too.(no tub). Central Air and Heat. Full sized kitchen with modern amenities with open concept living area. There is a dining table that is set for 4 or 5 and an eat-in bar for 2 more.

Exposed brick and hard wood floors and tons of light from skylights. We are located on the top floor (3rd floor) so it's much quieter and no buildings block out sunlight.

We have a baby gate, pack & play, toys, changing station and outlet covers for little ones and are very kid friendly. (All hidden away if you don't have kids). Equipped with the highest end finishes and amenities. Luxury linens, towels and all that you would need are provided. Enjoy coffee & tea with your stay. Our home is your home and we want you to feel like your are in complete comfort while you are here.

Location is perfect for seeing Philly by foot, public transportation or car. (half a block from the subway and 1 block from Bus) We are only 1 Stop to South Street and 2 stops from Center City/Rittenhouse Square.Subway is very convenient for route to the stadiums.. just 5 stops away!!! A 5 minute walk to the Italian market & Pats and Ginos, 5 minute walk to East Passyunk, and 3 minute walk to a park for kids. 24 hour Diner half a block away, great mexican food and Chinese on the corner or hip Irish pub 2 blocks away. Save-a-lot supermarket 2 blocks away (3 minute walk)

Great neighborhood on a tree lined street. Can't beat this deal for a family wanting modern luxury in a great location. Free 2 hour street parking in front of house and free all day parking 1 block away. We also have an Enterprise car rental around the corner.

Please see our house rules below:

•Check in is at 3:00pm, Checkout is at 11:00am

•No smoking.. EVER If you choose to smoke in our home or stairwell, you will be asked to leave the property without financial reimbursement.

•NO smoking inside the property. If you do smoke outdoors, please disposed of extinguished butts in outdoor trash cans.

•No guests who are not already pre-booked before check-in are allowed in the apartment at for any duration. Due to insurance purposes, you must disclose your guests to airbnb prior to arrival.

•We reserve the right to extend a charge or cancel mid reservation if guest count does not match reservation

•Do not host parties or other non-registered guests without clearing it with the host prior to checking in.

•Please do not put the air conditioner any lower than 64 degrees. Always make sure if the air is on, the windows are closed. This has caused our air conditioner to freeze up due to humidity.

•No engaging in illegal activity on the property

•We recycle: place any recycling in the tall white cupboard near the bar stools.

•Please start the dishwasher before checking out. The liquid gel is under the sink. (much appreciated)

• Never unlock the front entry door- it should remain red from the inside at all times

•Please respect our neighbors as this is City living and our home is not a hotel. Although the apartments have been soundproofed, excessive noise can still be a problem. Please be mindful of our neighbors, especially in the stairwell.

•Accommodates up to 6 adults max (we have a pack n play available or children under 2) + 1 child max

•We are different in the level of quality of our furniture and furnishings. We expect guests to treat our items and furniture as well as we do! Please do not eat in bed. If something is soiled, please soak it as soon as you've noticed.

•If you notice anything that isn't working correctly, contact us immediately.

•The guest booking the home is responsible and will be reviewed for all actions of their guests.

•Leave the home in the condition you found it.

•Trash/recycling day is Wednesday morning. Please place garbage and recycling out on Tuesday evening after 5pm. You will be fined $50 if the trash is out any other day/time

•Enjoy your stay.. relax kick back and have a great time.

What makes this apartment unique

The open concept wet shower. No boarders, just splash around. The attention to detail in every aspect. You will see only high end finishes here. There is nothing builder grade about the finishes on this house.

Kristy and Paul were highly responsive and incredibly warm, polite and welcoming. They're place is an amazing example of style, elegance, and efficiency. I still can't get over how well they married the raw elements of the structure of this house with modern technology and luxury. I had my wife, and two kids with me (1 and 3 years old), and our hosts were exceptionally accommodating. My family is incredibly grateful for a truly marvelous experience.

Perfect location and extremely comfortable.

Photos don’t do the property justice regarding this modern flat. Even the pull out sofa was extremely comfortable to sleep on. Great location, within walking distance to the Italian Market.

Home feeling in Historic Philadelphia

Our family stayed 4 days, June 24 to 28th in this historic yet modern apartment in a row house. It is chic and comfy, very pleasant, and had everything we needed after long walks in Philadelphia. It is very private; we did not hear any neighbors or the cars outside. Owners, Kristy and Paul, were a phone call away ready to assist.

We had wonderful weather, in the 70's and parking our car was not a problem, as we found a space by 12 and 13 streets each day. We love the neighborhood, and will be staying there on our next trip!

a nice Homey place to stay

my daughter and myself stayed for 4 days in this Beautiful Homey apartment, it had everything that you would need as if it as your own home.. Beautifully decorated yet very could walk out the door and find everything you needed in walking distance, which was a plus..even in January with a nip in the air and a few snow flurrys,will definitely come back...

Such an amazing apartment

My friend and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 4 days and had such a great time! The apartment itself is very well done and leaves little to be needed. All of the amentities are high end and the bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever slept on aside from my own. The location is close by everywhere you need to go, within miles of downtown. As others have mentioned, the city is not conducive to driving due to traffic and the complicated parking situation but public transportation is minutes away or you can uber, which is personally how we got around. It was our first trip to Philly and we loved it! I highly recommend this apartment!!

A simple, stylish and comfortable location with easy access and a great experience

We came back home to Philly for the NFL Draft and got to stay in this very comfortable apartment over an extended weekend. Easy to get to and meeting all our needs it was a great experience.

It has an interesting shower arrangement that I'd not seen before but I loved it.

Only issue is that of parking, once you get a parking spot you are set and can use Uber/Subway (SEPTA on Broad Street is half a block away) but you have to find that first so if you drive be aware.

But a great location and I'd stay there again in a second!

Loved it!

Loved how clean and warm the place was. We came here and needed a place to do work but still be able to get around the city. Great place that was in the middle of the city but still very quiet.
