Welcome to Derby Gardens! My pet name for my home that I have owned since 2006; I love this place! It's not really a "Garden" in the traditional sense (because I'm more of a tree guy and thus its minimalist setting) but it is a beautiful spot and the privacy afforded by the back yard is special. You'll see that as you begin to relax here.

All three queen size beds are new and clean. As are the bathrooms.

I want you to enjoy yourselves here, I always have. However, it's not for partying; yahoos and weekend warriors won't be tolerated. On the other hand, you'll find it to be a great place to cook, drink some wine, and dance around. A great place for being in the city, but not right downtown. I can't say enough about the zen factor associated with the chip trail, with its duck pond and awesome mountain views. Mt Tolmie is a 15 minute walk away and affords the most beautiful world class views of our lovely city with intense sunrises and sunsets. I'm nearby to help and answer questions.
