A beautiful 1BR 2BA Condo with a great side view of the Gulf, a large floor plan with a new chaise sleeper sofa, recliner, new beds, granite counter tops, hallway bunk beds for small kids. The complex has an amusement park and dining across street. WI-Fi is also available.

Master Bedroom has one queen bed,
Unit also has a full sleeper sofa.

**Additional Rental Information**

When using a credit/debit card, we charge a 3.5 percent convenience fee on any amount put on a card.

**POOL WILL BE UNAVAILABLE THROUGH APRIL 2024.**

Day at the beach
This property was really nice. The room was clean. Some damage on the walls were someone obviously did not follow check in instructions previously. veiws are great. You have ocean views from both the main balcony and the walk way to the front door of the until. The master bedroom is very comfortable and over all quiet. However the trash chute is located right outside the unit... which is fine as long as someone doesnt throw anything away during posted times.... we had 2 mornings where people threw trash away at 4:30 am and 5 am. Its very loud in the masterbedroom. The pool is clean and well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful stay with very minimal issues. The staff was friendly and the security woman was fantastic! We will 1000% stay again.

Nice condo Very comfortable
Enjoyed condo , very disappointed that ice maker not working and apparently has not been for awhile , stayed two weeks having to buy ice is not good , also needs a lamp on both sides of the bed ! Furniture in condo very comfortable and bed was very comfortable, will definitely consider same condo next time

WELL Worth The Visit!
We enjoyed our stay SO SO SO MUCH!! Condo 708 was spotlessly clean! Had plenty of towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. Had a brand new washer/dryer and they supplied detergent for 1 load. Also, had small thing of dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was a nice surprise to arrive and not have to go stock up on some of those things. The place is well taken care of and very comfortable!! We will go back to the Orange Beach area again and we will try and rent this very same condo!! Thank You for making our vacation a comfortable, memorable one!!
