Fully equipped 3 bdrm, 2 bath home. Short walk to playgrounds and restaurants.

Our home is centrally located in the Mt Tolmie area of Saanich. The location is excellent for exploring Victoria as it is a 15 minute drive or bus ride to downtown Victoria. We are one block from bus access to downtown. Located 30 minutes from the airport and ferry terminal.

We are walking distance to UVIC and many parks and playgrounds. Mt Tolmie is a beautiful place for short hikes and views of Victoria and the surrounding ocean. Horner Park is located on our street and has a large green space for picnics, Basketball Court, Baseball Diamond, Playground etc.

We are also a block away from numerous restaurants and take out options. Tim Horton's, Subway, Cobbs Bakery, Frozen Yoghurt, Smoothies, Chinese, Vietnamese, Pizza, Maude Hunter's Pub, A&W, McDonald's. There is also a fantastic breakfast place called the Urban Cafe and a mediterranean deli called Fig.

Other amenities within a block include Banks, Liquor Store, M&M Meats, Grocery Store, and Nail Bar.

We are located at the base of Mt Tolmie which is great for short, leisurely day hikes. A short drive or half hour walk from Cadboro Bay which includes the beautiful Gyro Beach and playground area. Horner Park is on our street and has a great playground and large green space. Cedar Hill Golf Course is a public course a few kilometers away.

Local transit is a great way to get around Victoria and we are located a block away from the nearest access to buses throughout Victoria. The bus ride to downtown is approximately 15 minutes.

Restaurants, Fast Food, Banks, Groceries, Gas Stations, Liquor Stores etc are all within a kilometer and easily within walking distance.
