Beautifully decorated, 2 story beach house in PRIME ocean block location in a small, private beach association that offers a fantastic, family-friendly summer community in Ortley Beach, NJ! Located just 7 houses from the white sand private beach with lifeguards on duty. Surfers and paddlers are welcome. Just minutes from the boardwalk and entertainment and close to Lavallette shopping, restaurants and bars.

Open floor plan on the first floor with fully equipped modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Adjacent dining area comfortably accommodates 7+ people. Spacious living area with Smart TV, free WiFi access and sleeper sofa. Half bathroom and full laundry. Easy access to secluded rear patio with Weber grill, table, chairs and umbrella. Private, enclosed, outdoor shower. Off-street parking for 4 cars.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath, plus a large en-suite with adjoining full bath. First bedroom has a Queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the en-suite has a King bed, flat screen TV and partial ocean views. Central AC with ceiling fans in every room.

Smoke free home. Great for families. Linens and towels are the renters responsibility. Weekly beach badges for access to the private beach can be obtained at the beach entrance.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. If less than 60 days, bookings will receive a full refund ONLY if the property can be re-rented prior to your scheduled stay.

***No groups or proms. Renters must be a minimum age of 30 years. Saturday - Saturday, 7 night rental.***

Perfect find!
Kristin's house was the perfect size and location for our family getaway this summer. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed! We were so happy to return to my childhood beach community. Super close to beach access and walkable to produce market, fresh seafood, bakery, local brewery, CVS and boardwalk! Thank-You, Kristin, for a very comfortable week! Amy G

Making Memories at the Jersey Shore
This home was everything it promised to be. We enjoyed a week in this pristine, spacious and tastefully decorated home. We were 5 adults and 3 children, under age 5. The home was thoughtfully planned and designed for easy living. The outside shower was a big hit with the dads and the children. There is acquitted outdoor space as well. An added convenience was the stamped concrete patio and pebble base parking areas. You are not constantly tracking in sand ( even with children going in and out). The beaches and water temperature could not have been more enjoyable. I would recommend this home to anyone especially if you have small children. The house is only a few houses from the beach, making it convenient to come back and forth when needed. Anne M

Amazing Home
I recently rented this house in July. I didn't see it in person, so I was a little nervous. All I can say is WOW! The house was beautifully decorated! I'm a bit of a neat freak and this house was pristine! The location was absolutely perfect! I have two children under the age of five and the private street and distance to the beach was perfect. I can't say enough about this beautiful rental property!

This house was beautiful!!! It was a half block from the beach and one block from the Seaside boardwalk at the Ortley Beach side. It is in a private community with a private beach. Beach passes are reasonable. We had a great time and friends and family who visited are still raving about the house.

Why they chose this property

I've always loved the beach and when I began to look for a beach house of my own I quickly fell in love with Ortley Beach. I wanted a friendly beach community to enjoy with my kids and family. The close proximity to the Boardwalk and Lavalette makes this area perfect. Being only 130 steps from beach access in a private beach community sealed the deal. I look forward to sharing my beautiful home with you to make your own memories.
