Get an early start to your early morning fishing by jumping into your boat on the dock. Sit by the fire pit and watch them cook on your gas grill. Play horse shoes with your group.
Washer/dryer, cable / WiFi and Fire Pit. Few steps a quiet shared dock with shallow and deep water swimming. Beautiful screened in porch to enjoy. Air Conditioning is plus. Enjoy your stay in a smoke free and pet free atmosphere.

Large yard and ample parking. This road is a private road near the State Beach and Mt Sunapee for summer hiking and adventures park activities. Take a tour of the lake by boat, go to the historical “Fells “ for some history and see a play at NL Barn Playhouse to round out your cultural experience. The Warner Indian Museum is a real find especially when they have a pow-wow.

All linens provided, kuerig coffee maker, dishes and pots and pans. Sleeper sofa opens to a queen size bed in the living room. Trash pickup included. .

Enjoyed really enjoyed our week on beautiful Lake Sunapee. Rocky Roost is a splendidl cottage.
Owners were very helpful. Lot’s to do including hiking, boat rides and historic sites.

Cozy and clean
House was cozy and very clean. Nice place to regroup after a day on the lake. Lots of parking and was able to park the boat for a night due to bad weather when we first got there. Park and beach very close by; slip was perfect for the boat. Barbara and her husband were very sweet and very responsive!

Barbara and Dick are excellent hosts. They went through the entire cabin with us, explaining where things were and how the appliances work. The A/C and heat are a big bonus.

Relaxing week
Retro cottage was clean and had everything needed. Barbara and Dick were so welcoming and helpful. The dock space was perfect as well as the sandy swimming area.. Would rent again but apparently already booked for entire of summer 2022.
