It is centrally located just off highway 192 in Kissimmee and close to shopping, schools and all other attractions. Offering cathedral ceilings in the main living and dining area with large bright south facing windows for the sunshine lovers. Our bright and cheerful villa comes complete with 3 full sized bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8 persons ( 2 Queen size, 2 twin size & 1 Queen sofa bed), 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room including 2 TVs with DVD player, WiFi Internet, Central Air Conditioning full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

Close to shopping but......
Im sorry to have to write this review. This property desperately needs a remodel. It looked like a 60s mobile home. The white towels were gray, I had to wash everything to feel comfortable. Everything was so old and unacceptable. It needs to be taken off the rental market until there are major improvements.

Extremely Outdated
Parking was a real issue, with very limited number of available space, despite having to pay an additional fee for a second parking pass. Internet speed was TERRIBLE, as this was rented for our employee temporary housing and internet was imperative. Property was extremely dated, and the owner even put a restriction on the temperature of the thermostat! AC below 75 degrees is necessary in FLORIDA. Way over priced for the quality of stay.

Kissimmee Apartment
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment during our first Orlando vacation. Check in and check out was easy. The apartment is on the second floor and was very comfortable. It is close to a main street that easily connects to all major venues in Orlando.

This property was great. Quiet for the most part, very walkable area, great restaurants. The host was quick to respond to email, and the property was exactly as advertised.

Visiting Sick Brother
The location was good for our visit. We left early due to Cornavirus and did not ask or get a refund for the days not stayed. Did not get a refund of $100.00 deposit for not putting parking pass in proper place. Parking #'s wear on pass but not painted on parking places. We always had to park across the street and hope not to be towed away.
