Excellent Condo

The condo was great with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, adequate living room and dining room. The bathrooms had sufficient towels and so did kitchen. Toilet tissue , paper towels, coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags were all supplied. The location was close to Rideau Centre. Lyla met us at condo as we required an early check-in. She was also very helpful in getting additional tv channels for the stay. Tina provided us with all the information on the condo a week before our stay. The condominium project has 2 work out rooms. sauna and salt pool. Highly recommend this unit

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Ottawa. The condo was lovely and so convenient to everything, right from the beer store across the street, Starbucks and drug store downstairs, to 200 restaurants within a short walk. We would love to come back.

Great location, great condo, perfect

We were in Ottawa for 1 week around Canada Day. This was a perfect place to stay, great location and very comfortable for 4 adults. Very clean and had everything we needed, we could eat in or go out. Food stores and Byward Market within a few blocks, parliament buildings a short walk away. Beds were comfortable and even though Rideau is a very busy street, with the windows closed the condo was very quiet. Tina was very quick to respond to any emails we sent her, and check in with Andy was quick and friendly.

Great building and great location - short walk to the market and the parliament buildings. The management team was easy to work with and very quick to respond and give advice, parking was included as well which was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. My only complaint was that we were 4 adults sharing the condo and the large sofa pictured in the ad was not the sofa that was there. The sofa in the condo appeared considerably smaller and only sat 3 adults comfortably which left the 4th person to sit in a wicker rocking chair. I would recommend getting a small club chair that would be a bit more comfortable to sit in; having said that I would definitely consider returning.

Great Downtown location

This is a really nice apartment in a great location for the Market and Parliament Hill. I would agree with some other reviewers that the location is a bit sketchy and unfortunately there are a large number of pan handlers in the area. They are not aggressive but I can understand that some people might find it intimidating if they were out at night in their own. The apartment is comfortable and mostly well appointed. I would suggest that for an apartment meant for 4 people that there should be a couple of armchairs in the sitting room as well as the sofa so that everyone can comfortably relax. Also it would have been nice to have had at least 4 wine glasses, rather than just two. Adults really don't like drinking out of plastic glasses. However, it was very clean, a great location, communication with the owner and her assistant was faultlessly prompt and helpful and we had a wonderful weekend. Just a bit of attention to a few details (the Christmas wreath should be removed before Easter!) and this would have been a five star review.
