This fifth floor corner beachfront unit, with spectacular views to the south, west and north, is a sought-after property in the heart of the Romantic Zone. As for this unit, it is a fully furnished 1,250 sq. ft. unit with a large wrap-around balcony. It is perfect for a couple or three individuals who want to get away for a week, two weeks or more to relax, play, enjoy spectacular sunsets and, if you choose to leave the sliding glass doors and bedroom window open, you will hear the sound of crashing ocean waves as well as feel the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean.
The unit is located in the fun, vibrant, bustling neighborhood that is full of terrific restaurants (some of the best in all of Vallarta), sports bars where you can watch your favorite team(s), all kinds of specialty shops, beautiful galleries, etc. You are only a short 10 minute walk on the Malecon to downtown. Exceeded our expectations!
We loved our condo. The view was 180 degrees of amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or better hosts. Greg went over and above to make our stay even more pleasant. The pool was crystal clear. The condo had unobstructed views of Banduras Bay. We were walking distance to 100s of restaurants and the location was ON the beach. We will be returning. ❤️

First .. the VIEW! Right on Playa Los Muertos in the Zona Romantica, within walking distance to a dozen terrific restaurants, in a secure building, and hosted by Greg, one of the most hospitable and lovely hosts we have ever stayed with. Clean and comfortable, super well equipped, 4 minutes to a decent grocery store (Ollin), near ATMs, next door to a fabulous Huichol store, excellent wi-fi ... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Booked out by repeat vacationers year after year, it is a gem and one we do not hesitate to recommend highly!!!

Wonderful Condo in an Excellent Location
This outstanding condo has all the green boxes checked: Oceanfront location, stunning wrap around corner balcony with incredible views, amazing sunsets, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommended! The condo is located in one of the best areas in Emiliano Zapata (Old Town) that allows guests to experience the best that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

The owners have traveled to and vacationed in Puerto Vallarta for over 30 consecutive years. They have owned property in this oceanfront building since 2002. Initially, they owned a smaller one bedroom/one bath unit from 2002-05; however, they sold this unit and purchased a larger one bedroom/one bath corner unit in 2005. They currently live in this condominium four (4) months each year and they rent their unit for dates when they are not in Puerto Vallarta.

Why they chose this property

If Guests want to vacation on Los Muertos Beach and in Old Town (Romantic Zone) along with being a short walk (5-10 minutes) from downtown Vallarta, this location should appeal to you. You are within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, shops, galleries, and sports bars in Vallarta. You are in the heart of Old Town and such a location brings a special excitement, due to all the activity on Los Muertos Beach, Banderas Bay and on the streets of Olas Altas and Basilio Badillo. There are dance performances, special celebrations and a Saturday morning Farmers Market in the Lazaro Cardenas Park, plus a walk on the Malecon from the adjacent Park to downtown will amaze you at the number of artists, mimes, sand castles, music performers and food stands. As noted above, if you enjoy being in a true Mexican neighborhood that is full of sights, sounds and the aroma from traditional Mexican food stands and restaurants, you have found the right location!

What makes this property unique

Oceanfront. Los Muertos Beach. Stunning views to the south to Los Arcos, west to Banderas Bay and north to the Marina where cruise ships dock. This unit was renovated in the summer of 2013. The unit has new double pane sliding glass doors, new mini-split air conditioning units in the living area and the bedroom, Weber BBQ grill, beach chairs, twin bed along with a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoying watching activities on Los Muertos Beach and on Banderas Bay. In addition, two popular restaurants are located in the building so you can order food and drink for around the pool or on the beach or you can carry-in food to your condominium.
