On the beachfront in the residential complex "Florenza Khamsin" luxurious furnished studio with an area of 39 sq. m., in the popular area of Hurghada - Arabia, just a 5-minute drive from the magnificent new harbor and the bustling Sheraton Road, popular with tourists. There is a parking lot, a large courtyard with a swimming pool and entertainment. Bed linen and towels in the room.
1. IN THE LIVING ROOM: air conditioner, 2-bed sofa, dining table, mirror, 4 chairs, TV stand, LCD TV with attachment, mirror, coffee table, bedside table, wardrobe, double bed, iron.
2. IN THE KITCHEN: air conditioner, kitchen set, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, sink, washing machine.
3. IN THE BATHROOM: shower, curtain, toilet, sink, mirror, washing machine. There is hot and cold water.
4. ON THE BALCONY: table, 2 chairs, clothes dryer.
5. Additional payment: Wi-Fi 150EGP for 1 month; beach - 100EGP per day; electricity 0.68EGP per 1 kW; water 40EGP for 1 ton. Money is deposited at the cash desk of the residential complex: Sunday - Thursday from 10-00 to 15-00; weekend Friday-Saturday.

The Red Sea Riviera has two seasons: a hot summer which runs from May to October, followed by a mild winter for the remaining months, making the area a highly desirable year-round location. With an average daily top temperature hovering round 30 degrees Celsius it also provides an escape from the cold for Europeans in the winter months, with many spending their Christmas and New Year holidays in Hurghada.
