The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator, has an area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room with beautiful view and balconies, dining room with kitchen, 4 large bedrooms (three with queen size beds mattress 190x160cm; one with one bed for one and half (190x120cm) and one single bed 190x90cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows. There is a queen size sofabed in the living room. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd.
The apartment is located in a XIX century building with entrance from Viale Due Macelli. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Spagna and Barberini Metro/Underground are two minuts walking.

We have completed the renovation of the apartment on May 2015.

Family of 7 Stay
You could not ask for a better location in Roma. We were a family of 7, adult kids and aging parents (78 & 82). Spanish steps and Trevi fountain less than 5 minute walk, too many amazing restaurants on the door step to even mention, shopping, co-op for food one street over...but also accessible by car/taxi...so no rolling luggage for blocks across cobblestone which is hard if mobility issues (as we had). Colosseum 20 min walk. Truly amazing. Beautiful view from apartment and large, bright common space. Property managers always responsive and arranged car to/from airport upon arrival. Was absolutely seamless. Highly recommend!

Great location - HUGE Condo
I really appreciated the communications with the host! FAB! I brought 8 family members with a baby and they were terrific and answering all my emails (quickly) and with details. They kept us informed with all the changes within the condo, and were completely honest about all details. The location was perfect. The rooms and kitchen/social area were perfect!

Location, location, location!
So many excellent things about this apartment! The location couldn't be any better -- just minutes away from several key sites, stores, restaurants and subway. You can walk everywhere! Communications with management were easy and quick. They arranged transportation to and from airport for the eight of us, and it worked perfectly. Alan met us at the apartment and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. When the washer wasn't working, he had a new one delivered the next day. When we had trouble using the 'European' coffee maker, he went out and bought us a different one the same day! Unfortunately, we had a medical issue during our stay, and Alan even helped us contact an ambulance. Bedrooms are big and comfortable, views are incredible. Only negatives would be that the bathrooms are outdated, the floors could use a good scrubbing, and the ice box in the refrigerator freezes up. But we still give it five stars for the location, wonderful customer service, and overall experience.

The apartment is ideally located for sightseeing. The appt needs to be updated. The walls are in need of paint. The bathrooms need to be updated. The cleaning company that is used needs to do a more thorough job.
